ELYSIUM NOW
Today I took my son to see the movie Elyisium. I couldn’t help but see the writer’s ambition to show the world as sad as it is today and warn us of where it may be tomorrow. The earth in Elyisium was a place most miserable, which is very much like the lives most people are living today. The miserable on Earth turned to violence, drugs, and theft to finally make their way to Elysium, who of course is ruled by the wealthy, who only dangle that carrot of paradise to keep the poor earthlings at bay.
Isn’t this the way we are all living now? Like slaves? What if I told you the way out of your suffering is not electing the right leader, waiting for the government to make things right. Nor is freedom found at the end of a gun or revolution.
What if I told you, you hold the key to paradise within? Would you listen?

JACOB'S LADDER 
While I’m here….lol my pops was just telling me this amazing story about his good friend RC, who travels alot & spends most of his time in the road, which gives him a lot of time to talk to god. The other day he’s driving down the road, pulling his trailer, & out of nowhere something tells him to check the trailer. He pulls over & finds his hoses (or whatever lol) for the air brakes are all loose, hanging down. So he’s thinking, “what the hell am I gonna use to fix this?”……& there, on the side of the road, in the grass, is a brand new bungee chord!!!! That just so happened to work perfectly!! Blew him away!! Blew me away just hearing the story!!

Ok….have to tell you, just got off the phone w/my pops (gpa) who almost word for word just told me the same thing!!! I mean, I hung up the phone, checked my e-mail & there was your newest post……right after I told him I get very discouraged not having some sort of constant in my life to keep me on this track…..just have to say God’s talking to me!!!!
