THE JOURNEY – A POEM

I wrote this short poem years ago for my children. It reminds us all how we need to take the time to smell the roses, to enjoy our lives, to revel in the wonder of it all. Too many people are worried about the future, or focused on the past instead of truly living their lives in the now. I thought putting it to music and some art I found on the internet would make it more enjoyable.
