The Love Of Money

I have been thinking a lot lately about the state of the world, the treatment of the less fortunate, and of course our own struggles and pains. Like many of you, I truly wish things were different. I wish we did not have the worries, fears and obstacles in our way. I wish we were all in a better position to truly make a positive impact in this world, in fact I wish we all believe we truly could.

Now I am not an expert in the arena of politics, ethics or economics, but if art is any indication of life then we are not truly the civilized race that we have been programmed to believe. The rich are not only still getting richer, but it seems today greed is rewarded, corruption is the status quo, getting head and staying in power, regardless of who is hurt in the process, is what makes this world tick.

Whether it is corporate giants that line the pockets of politicians to tighten their stranglehold of those that have become their slaves, the industrial machines that have worked to break up unions and are allowed to poison the earth leaving a wake of disease and death behind them, or wars that are fought in the name of greed that steal the countless lives of innocents in their path. The world we are living in is a far cry from the heaven on earth we each pray for.

When CEO’s and heads of state are bathing in wealth at the expense of those they are paid to protect and lead, when we are robbed of our hard-earned money to afford those at the top of the food chain with more and more, when our privacy is stripped away and our God-given rights are stolen from under our noses, when even our charitable organizations and religious organization justify the lavish lifestyles of their leaders by unjustly using hundreds of millions of dollars to simply build their own kingdoms on this earth, it should be time for us as people to stand up and say no more.

Sadly, the question always remains, “What can little old me do about the troubles in the land?” But I believe there is truly no telling what mountains we can move when we act out of love. That is what this paper is about. Not to convict anyone about the way they are living, because we all have areas in our lives that can be improved through selfless effort, instead of selfish preservation. However, I would like to show that the system we have been tricked into serving, is the very system that is causing the suffering we see in our lives and around the world. The ends never justify the means when it comes to the Love of Money.

Have the ends to which people go to get ahead ever justified the means?

If one person eats because they have worked to outwit another so they cannot eat, does that make their meat any more sweet? If one person is strong enough to kill and steal the land beneath another’s feet, does having more land make their lives more rich? Does having an excess of worldly possessions make a person’s life more fulfilled if those possessions are gained by underhanded means? The answer to all of these questions is NO.

Yet, we don’t live in a world based on principle. We live in a dog eat dog world, where only those who are willing to do the unthinkable to get ahead, stay ahead. But I telling you this is never their ultimate reward. The entitlement mentality is the very enemy of us all.

Matthew 16:26
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Sadder still is this “get ahead no matter what the cost” mentality has trickled down to all of us. People will sell out their brothers and sisters to get ahead, sell their children to get a meal, lie about and manipulate situations to take another’s job or position. There seems to be no depth a person will not go for the Love of Money. And everyone has been tricked into drinking from the same well. Of course there are differing degrees, but we have become a race of people who are concerned with the rat race of self-preservation. And why wouldn’t with be the case when things are the way they are?

But what if this line of thinking, even though it seems to yield temporary results, is setting the tone and reality for our tomorrow. And what if that tomorrow is a bleak, dark, terrible thing for us all? What if we do indeed reap what we sow? Would knowing this change anything?

Galatians 6:7
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

It is my firm belief that while our lips shout to the farthest corners our unyielding faith in a just Go, I believe our hearts are indeed far from this reality. The proof of this is found in our day-to-day suffering.

Isaiah 29:13
Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Is this not the day we are living in. How many of us can truly say that we trust God? How many of us love and forgive without expecting anything in return? How many of us do not hold unto every dollar for fear we will not have food on our tables tomorrow if we do not?

It is one thing to say that we should take no thought for tomorrow, that even the sparrows have enough to eat, it is another thing to truly believe this when we see children starving and people dying because they cannot afford healthcare?

Well has Isaiah said indeed, the people honor God and the principle of loving others with lip service but their hearts are just not into it. The only Fear of God that is learned by the human race, is what is taught by men and women with ulterior motives. Greed is the lesson, gain is the goal. They teach their congregations that if you want to get ahead, give US more of your money. If you want to blessed join us and make others join us, or God will punish you endlessly. And many of us foolishly believe, so much so that we will fight those who say differently, all the while being buried in a mountain of debt. We, as the saying goes, rob from Peter to pay Paul.

Fearing God today has little to do with reaping what you sow, it is doing what man says or else, it is fearing the world system and the words and empty promises of men and women who are counting on our ignorance to feed their greed. Playing by their rules, or else. Voting who they say into office, or else. Keeping your mouth shut and taking whatever injustice is given, or else. Never questions the leaders voice, or else. The fear of God has nothing to do with what is being taught today. It is the fear that if you do not follow carnal man’s laws and rules, you will not GET AHEAD. This world has even perverted faith.

I am writing this article because I myself feel helpless. Like all of you, I am debt, I live pay check to pay check. Like all of you I worry what will happen in the future. Will I have a job? Will I be able to help my four children get a higher education? Will I lose everything?

What is truly sad about this, is I have lost everything before, and by no means of my own I have seen God restore me. Yet I wonder if the house of cards we are all living in now begins to collapse where I will be? I too have been programmed to put my faith in money and yet there is a fight within me, reminding me how futile this is. This is why now more than ever I see the need for change in my own life. It is time for me to have hope, to trust that there is divine justice and provision.

1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows

The Love of Money is what makes this world go round. The Love of Money is the reason people are suffering today. The Love of Money is the reason people have traded mutual respect and the love for others for selfish gain, believing that if they don’t follow after the ways of the world, they will not be provided for. The Love of Money is why so few in government are trusted, so few in religious circles are praised, so few in the community are helped when trouble comes. It the “what’s in it for me” belief, as opposed to what can I do for others.

Lao Tzu wrote in the Tao Te Ching…

“When rich speculators prosper while farmers lose their land; when government officials spend money on weapons instead of cures; when the upper class is extravagant and irresponsible while the poor have nowhere to turn — all this is robbery and chaos. It is not in keeping with the Tao.”

Now for those that don’t know what the Tao is, it is a word that simply means the “Infinite principle by which all things exist. It is the divine balance and order of things.”

These words that Lao Tzu wrote sadly echo the times, and worse still after thousands of years things have not gotten better, the corrupt have just gotten better at keeping all of us inline and convincing us to try to play the same game.

The Love of Money, Power, Fame, Control, is indeed the root of all evil. Many have heard the term, selling your soul to gain the world, but the line for which we as a society know should not be crossed has become almost transparent. We do things each and every day, little things, big things, that prove this. Whether it is walking past a homeless man or woman and justifying keeping that five dollars because someone told you it would be spent on drugs, to allowing others to do wrong in front of you for fear of losing your job or losing a reputation. Even the greatest among us, as the prophets have said are as a thorn-bush.

Micah 7:4
4 The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.

How can this be? Why is there so much suffering in the land? Why are out hearts troubled day and night? Why are their disputes among us? Why, why, why? The answer has always been the same. We have not tried another path, we continue to do the wrong things expecting a better result. This is the curse of the Love of Money, our utter destruction and suffering.

Because of our love for money, we are pierced through with many sorrows. From the gluttons who have so much and need more, to those who have nothing and want more, suffering is always the reward. And I have met not one who is immune.

This world needs a wake up call? We need to truly stir up our faith within us and trust God. There is only one way out of this cycle of pain and struggle, and that is the straight gate. It is the path less traveled, it is the path of trust, it is the path of submission, it is the path of true love.

This may seem an odd question, but how many of us truly believe in God?

How many of us truly believe that if we walk the straight path we will find heaven on earth? How many truly believe that only through Love will we ever know peace?

I think many of us have been beaten down, neglected, used, and abused for so long that few really believe that the only path to freedom is unconditional love, unflinching faith, and unyielding courage. Because we see others get ahead by putting aside the love of others for the Love of Money.

We are told that there is but ONE WAY to the Father and that is the SON. What if this REALLY means what the scriptures say.

John 15:10
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

The only way to the Father is to pick up your cross and follow the path that has been laid out before us. TRUE LOVE. We cannot abide in love and hope and peace if we do not keep this command.

John 15:12
This is my commandment, That ye love one another.

The Cross is a symbol for us all to lay down the way we have lived our old lives and to pick up a new way of life. The way of the cross is the way of Love. And getting there may get you to question whether God has forsaken you. This is a question, if we are honest with ourselves, we all know too well. Instead of faith, we put our thoughts to schemes, and make new plans to find the world’s promiseland of wealth, instead of God’s promise of unity, wisdom, and being content in all things.

What if this is our way out? To truly love others. But to do this we must first understand what Love really is? What is found in love? What is offered by loving?

WHAT IS LOVE AND HOW DO WE LOVE?

Romans 13
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. 11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

12The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

We are promised in scripture that if we do this, we will know joy unspeakable.

Then we question, where is the promise?

However we never question, what is it we are doing that is keeping the promise far from us.

Why do we never question whether or not we are following the path to the promise? And if we do, why do we allow our fears and insecurities keep us from taking up the cross and walking out of the darkness of our pain into the light of true life?

What would happen in our lives if we truly dared to walk the straight path? In the face of adversity, in the wake of trouble, in the pits of despair if we only held out hope, refused to go where others go or do what others do, if we turned the cheek, and gave our shirt when another stole our coat, what would happen then?

The greatest changes that this world has seen has always come from peaceful men and women who refused to repay hate with hate. The greatest change did not come with a violent rebellion when Jesus was put to death, it came when Jesus forgave and trusted that His World was not This World.

Today, I simply want to remind you all of the same thing. This world and its many pains are not our reality. Our reality is not what happens outside of us, it is the change that is brought from within us.

And after years of wondering, why? why? why? I have come to the conclusion that Faith and Love is the only answer. Doing this is the only thing that will bring me true life. Walking the straight path is the only path that will lead me to where I truly desire to be, any other path will lead me back to misery.

It is a path few travel, or have traveled, it is a path I myself have not fully understood or seen. But I am pressing on to this High Calling, because I may not be able to change this world outside of me with my own effort, but I believe God can surely change this world by showing the world the peace that only comes from love.

I for one want to put this message to the test. I will love others and do good to others because God is rewarder of those who do so.

If you plant love, honestly, and charity you must reap eventually it in return. I have tried other paths and for this I have suffered. I have walked in hopes of financial security, while trying to also serve God and do good to others, but you cannot serve both God and the love of money.

Luke 16:13
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon

We need to choose this day which God we will serve. And although it is my strong belief that one day all will learn this lesson, wouldn’t it be wiser to learn it today instead of suffering more until you do. There is a system that God has put in place, it is a law like gravity, I call it God’s fail safe. And that is whatever you sow we also reap. I for one have reap bitter fruit for too long and I encourage you all to strive for the sweet fruit of love, that endures for all of time.

If we do this, and we allow this great light of Love to shine, I truly believe it will draw this world away from the love of money, into the love of others, and in so doing we will finally be free.

THE TRUE BIRTH OF CHRIST

We have all heard the story of the “virgin birth”. We have heard, there was no place left to give birth to this Son of God and Man at the local “INN”. We learned that this child of God and Man would come into this world IN THE MIDST OF ANIMALS… domesticated animals I must point out… for there is a treasure hidden in every aspect of this story and nothing is as it appears to be. The revelation of this story is a life changer and I am excited to share this essay I wrote years ago with all of you.

The story begins when we are old enough to comprehend it. This story becomes a tradition, much like that of telling your children tales of Santa Claus or the Easter bunny. The story is reinforced as it is passed down from generation to generation and soon it begins to take on a life of its own. So much so that the LORE OF THE STORY becomes more important than the meaning of the story. And this my friends is part of our fall from truth.

Ironically, this “tradition” of telling, retelling, and acting out the story of the virgin birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus we are told quite literally to ignore. And this we all will do, IF GOD PERMITS 🙂

Hebrews 6:1-3
6 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
3 And this will we do, if God permit

So let us begin at the beginning of Jesus’ story, to see how it becomes our story. This child born in a cave among animals, barn animals, stubborn donkeys, dumb sheep, horses, and more. We were told a feeding trough would be his crib, that wise men would visit him and shower him with wonderful gifts. Every year we would see this “nativity” scene displayed on lawns, mantles, and acted out at our local churches, or aired on TV, or the latest movie depicting such.

Yes, the story of the “VIRGIN BIRTH” in all it’s glory has taken on a life of it’s own indeed. This story has been force-fed to us from childhood and then reinforced with the religious fear that if we doubted such a tale, God would not be pleased.

Well I must tell you my friends, there is more to this story.

If you know anything about Jacob’s Ladder, you know not everything in scripture is exactly as it seems to be.

The “book” as it is, has been SEALED UP…

Isaiah 29:11
And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

Jesus himself said to his disciples, “unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of God and unto those without understanding and wisdom ALL THINGS ARE DONE IN PARABLE. The apostle Paul, spoke of the ALLEGORY of scripture and many more.

Galatians 4:23-25
23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.

The books of Psalms and Proverbs boldly declare that God only opens his mouth in parable, in dark sayings. We are told no scripture is of private interpretation, that the meaning cannot be forced to the surface by natural means it MUST BE REVEALED!

The scriptures are LOCKED UP TIGHT, we are told… But I tell you, they are also filled to the brim with the keys to understanding the SPIRIT of these story beneath it all. We need these keys to open the doors of our understanding. We need these keys to find the truth and part of this truth you will find right here, right now.

However, for those without these keys, for those without the inspiration, the spirit of the story, the wisdom of it all, these stories are locked up as vain traditions of ignorant men and women.

Without the keys, when looking for the truth it will be as if you are looking at a what you believe is a glass covered in filth. You have an idea of what might be on the other side of this glass, but it isn’t until the filth is wiped away that you can see the glory of what is hidden behind what the past had covered up.

Yet, in the moment that you are inspired to say, “I am going to look deeper”, “I know there must be more”, that you begin to see all that filth blocking your view fall away. In that moment you realize there was nothing on the other side, the muck and dust of the past only obscured your view to a mirror that reveals the story has always been about you.

So, today, I am going to help you wipe that filth away as we look at the CONCEPTION of Jesus and what that spiritually means for us all.

I will tell you truthfully, IT HAS NEVER BEEN ABOUT A SINGLE MAN NAMED JESUS!

Just as we conceive physical CHILDREN, we also conceive SPIRITUAL children within, I call these “spiritual children” thoughts… Let me give you one an example of how we create them, we hear someone say something. This spoken WORD/thought gets planted within us, WITHIN our mind. If we pay a lot of attention to what we heard, this seed/thought that was planted inside of us takes root and soon grows. Whether what was planted within us is true or not does not matter. What matters is whether we believe it is true. Perception is our reality.

Whatever thought is planted within us, once believed, now becomes our spiritual reality. We begin to believe that we are exactly what we have begun to believe. Let me give you and example.

If a bad parent showers us with hateful words, telling us we are good for nothing then we grow into insecure people IF we believe this is true. Until those “spiritual children/beliefs” are cast out of us we are doomed to live a life where we believe we are good for nothing. If we are told we are stupid and we begin to believe this, we will find that we cannot ace every test or even keep up with those around us mentally. This is NOT because we are stupid or ignorant, it is because we have believed that is what we are. A person can only be what they believe.


Proverbs chapter 23 verse 7, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

Reversely if we are showered with hope and security we will most likely grow into secure and hopeful people.

You see we are all more than our flesh and bone body. Who we truly are is who we believe and call ourselves to be. Our thoughts are our identity, unfortunately in many cases we have a mistaken identity called our Ego that we follow ignorantly. This happens easily. Let me give you a simple example of how someone can be one thing and be convinced that he or she is someone else.

Once a baby is born, it is force-fed its perceived reality. It is given a name, it is told what is right and what is wrong, and more. Now if that child was raised on an island and told each day that he was an alien from another planet, even though this isn’t true, this child would know no better and would grow up believing he was indeed an alien. Perception becomes that child’s reality and it isn’t UNTIL the truth is revealed about who that child really is, that the false identity comes tumbling down.

This is, as you will see, allegorically what the story of the Virgin Birth is really all about. Birthing the TRUTH of your divine unity with God through Christ.

Because the words of others have such power, so much so that we can easily be manipulated to follow false teachers, kill in the name of false gods, even kill ourselves because we believed the lies of others, we MUST be careful what we believe as true.

This is why we must always temper what we are told about God by others with study and turning to God for the answers. “Let God be true and consider every man a liar”.

Many have killed and continue to kill in the name of man’s god, and this is because they have allowed lies to be their fathers and mothers within. But if we take every thought and word spoken captive and challenge it with God’s truth and law of Love, then it will not be so easy for us to become “children of the devil (father of lies)” ourselves.

In addition we must learn that it isn’t always going to be easy sharing the truth with those who are set in their ways. We must not get upset when we share the gospel (good news) with people and they don’t receive it. They most likely can’t receive it because of years of brainwashing. Scripture is clear, people cannot come to the “SON” unless the Father draws them. The good news is, eventually God draws all. In the meantime everyone is playing their part.

I digress, I hope you can see how we also give birth to “children/beliefs” within.

Jesus pointed out, these children (thoughts/beliefs) can be of the DEVIL (LIES/CARNALITY) or GOD (TRUTH)… I point this out, because the ONLY birth we should concern ourselves with is the BIRTH that takes place inside of us. We become PREGNANT with the POSSIBILITY of what is to come. We become PREGNANT with the WORD OF GOD.


Galatians 4:19
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,

As I stated earlier, we are our Thoughts. So, when it comes to the Kingdom of God WHICH IS WITHIN it shouldn’t matter how we were physically born, what matters is how we are spiritually born. And Christ is BIRTHED within US.

So, if you can hear it, MARY and JOSEPH’S story, however literal it may or may not be, is not what matters. It is the SPIRIT of the story that matters, and is what we must find. The PEARL OF WISDOM tucked away inside the SHELL OF THE STORY is what we must concern ourselves with.

When you dream at night every character IN YOUR DREAM IS YOU. When you dream, what you dream is your REALITY (even though it is imagined) However, it seems real at the moment. In those dreams you may see friends, experience the sting of an enemy, etc.. but when you wake up, you realize every single “character” in that dream was YOUR CREATION. Everything, and everyone, in your DREAM was YOU. Each participant in the DREAM was YOU, a representation of you, a part of you. Some say dreams are your subconscious’ way to work things out, other’s say (Myself included) it is God’s way to open your understanding to greater things.

Psalm 73:20
As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.

Our life too, is as a dream. For we are living in the valley of the shadow of death, if we be ignorant of the Truth, we miss the REALITY of who WE ARE and WHO GOD is. But when the TRUTH, when GOD’S SPIRIT wakes/resurrects inside of us, we want to cast off that Old Man so the New Man (Christ) can rule.

So, I ask that you suspend your LITERAL understanding of scripture for this paper, and look at this article in the same way you would look at a dream. Types and Shadows, Symbols, etc… Look at each character in the Scriptures as a representation of something spiritual. Not just literal people from thousands of years ago, but stories that we all learn from, as each of these individuals, animals, situations, etc. are representations of what is going on WITHIN us.

Remember, the HOPE OF GLORY is not OUTSIDE it is INSIDE (within). It is CHRIST within that we are seeking, that we are BIRTHING, that we are to REVEAL to the world.

And how do we WAKE from this nightmare of mortality/suffering/death… God sends an ANGEL.

Zechariah 4:1
And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.

So I am going to take one account of the CONCEPTION OF JESUS from LUKE and open it up, line by line, by showing you that every single character, location, etc is actually a representation of what is happening, happened, or about to happen, WITHIN YOU!


LUKE 1 26And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

I’m going to start by saying, this isn’t exactly what it seems. You read this one line and get an image in your head of some winged creature appearing in some radiant light to a poor maiden… BUT that is NOT the way things are done. You want to know how God reveals himself to you? Go to scripture. (Look at this line of text)


JOHN 14:22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt MANIFEST thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him…. 26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Here we see how CHRIST is MANIFESTED to the world. This isn’t some outward grand event, Christ is resurrected WITHIN US. The Father and Son make their abode IN US… Now this next part is important, the HOLY GHOST comes to us…sound familiar? You’ll see this is the same thing that happens to MARY. This is not a physical work, it is a SPIRITUAL one. It takes place WITHIN. (Make our ABODE IN YOU)

But let’s look at that verse of LUKE in-depth.


LUKE 1 26And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

So what is this ANGEL? If it is not some great winged being? … Well let’s look at what the word ANGEL literally means, and it literally means MESSENGER. In the Young’s literal translation you will never read the word Angel, it is always translated as “Message, Messenger, Man”. A Messenger is someone who brings a message, and a message is something that is birthed within. In addition we are all messengers, some of truth, some of lies, some of the mail!

Truly, anyone who delivers the GOSPEL, the WORD, the GOOD NEWS is a MESSENGER of God. Now the name GABRIEL translated from the GREEK simply means (MAN OF GOD). So we see here that a MAN OF GOD, who is God’s Messenger is sent, much like many of us are sent to those without the truth. “to plant seed”. “to water” etc… It is the same way it has always been, Blessed are the FEET of those that bring the GOSPEL.

We see also a clue as to where the MESSAGE is sent in the meaning of the city and places name, Galilee which means “Circuit” and in Galilee there is a place named NAZARETH which means “the guarded one, separated one”.

First of all, a CIRCUIT is an unbroken cycle… This unbroken CYCLE we can call IGNORANCE. Mankind is walking around in the WILDERNESS of their imagination, doing the same thing again and again and again. Same mistakes, same troubles, THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN… yet in this CYCLE OF DEATH, there is NAZARETH which means (Guarded one/separated one) — That means, there is a way out! There is a HOPE OF GLORY.

Okay so we got that out-of-the-way, notice the timing here. When does the MESSENGER OF GOD come to MARY, it is in the SIXTH MONTH, the number 6 is very important. It is the day in which GOD MAKES MAN. All symbols people. That means, there are DAYS AND MONTHS AND YEARS before the CHRIST is birthed WITHIN US.

When it was time for God to raise Christ from the DEATH of our CARNAL IGNORANCE, a messenger, man or woman of God, or a thought of truth came to us. We were about to CONCIEVE a GREATER TRUTH of UNDERSTANDING. WISDOM is a TREE OF LIFE you know. And we were about to lay hold of it.

27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.

Now I’m not even going to deal with the fact that this has NOTHING to do with being a LITERAL VIRGIN, as a VIRGIN, is simply a word translated into “A marriageable maiden” – One who is PREPARED and READY FOR MARRIAGE — “To leave FATHER AND MOTHER”

This “Virgin” is (US). We have no problem understanding this when we look at the PARABLE OF THE TEN VIRGINS, but this DOCTRINE of MARY’S LITERAL VIRGINITY is a belief that few dare to oppose. The Truth of the matter is, I could care less if Mary was a Virgin or Not, I CARE ONLY about what this MEANS TO ME, FOR ME, FOR CHRIST IN ME.

So this VIRGIN was espoused (Promised in MARRIAGE) to Joseph which, as God would have it, translates into “God has ADDED”. A picture of how we all are meant to become ONE with what GOD HAS ADDED to US, (Christ).

But look at this “virgins” NAME (which by the way, “name” translates into “NATURE”) — The Virgin’s Name WAS (past tense) MARY which translates from the GREEK into REBELLION. Man’s nature is REBELLION. Isn’t that something. Our REBELLIOUS HEART, is where the MESSAGE of TRUTH comes to DECLARE, that out of that REBELLION, will come SALVATION?

This is a picture of you and I, we were still yet in the THROWS of IGNORANCE, our very NATURE WAS REBELLION… But we were PROMISED to BECOME ONE (marry) with the (Joseph) ONE GOD HAS ADDED (Christ).

28And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

This MESSAGE of Truth (Came in unto her) – The “her” in this story, is our SOULISH NATURE. The word CAME IN translates better into ARISES WITHIN.

This is the moment when we first come to the understanding of the TRUTH. That God is our FATHER and that IN US will be birthed HIS CHILD. Notice it must be BIRTHED out of our SOUL (sense of being).

The message being portrayed here, is WE GIVE BIRTH to the SAVIOR OF THE WORLD… WITHIN.

29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.

This MESSAGE is troubling to us as it was to MARY. “What do you mean, I am going to give birth to SALVATION?” … Many refuse to see this. They say, “we aren’t worthy of such a thing”. You see, we have become so blinded by the LUSTS OF THE WORLD, we have become so attached to the TEMPORAL WORLD, that the TRUTH of WHO WE ARE in CHRIST seems to much. The word TROUBLED translates into AGITATED GREATLY, which is exactly how CHRIST is birthed in us. “Through much TRIBULATION we enter the KINGDOM.”

Even some reading this now, will be so TROUBLED by hearing these words, they won’t believe. They will say, there is only ONE MARY, only ONE JESUS, and that it happened thousands of years ago. AS opposed to seeing that WE ARE MARY, that WE GIVE BIRTH TO CHRIST.… This is OUR STORY as well. MARY is a symbol of our REBELLIOUS soul, and it is hard for us to wrap our MIND (thinking) around the idea that THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD is to be BIRTHED within us.

But take a moment and ponder these words. “The mystery that has been HIDDEN for the AGES… CHRIST IN YOU the HOPE OF GLORY.” – This is GOD’S PLAN, to create MAN in HIS IMAGE (CHRIST) on the SIXTH DAY.

So this is also an allegorical telling of how CHRIST is BIRTHED in us. So even if you’re all flustered by these words, settle down… God makes EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL in its time.

You, like Mary, may even wonder what manner of MESSAGE this is. But I will say, what any good MESSENGER WOULD SAY.

30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Don’t be scared. God only has ONE CHILD, and that is HUMANITY, either DEAD in the REBELLION of ADAM or ALIVE AGAIN in CHRIST.

1 Corinthians 15:22
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

We have been given GRACE, FAVOR, as MARY in the story. We are ALL in process and this is the process that God has chosen for us. And WITHIN us shall SALVATION COME (arise). And we shall call his NAME (NATURE) Jesus… which translates into “GOD IS SALVATION” – So our SALVATION comes from WITHIN US, not outside us.

No need to ask Jesus to enter your heart, for CHRIST IS YOUR LIFE, and your LIFE IS HID in CHRIST. And when the moment comes, that you UNDERSTAND THIS… It is a troubling time, but also an exciting time. Because you, whether you know it or not you then realize soon you will be giving Birth to GOD’S ONLY BEGOTTEN.

32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: 33And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

And once this happens, You no longer are in control of your life. For your LIFE Has been HID IN CHRIST, but now it is clear… The Throne of God is WITHIN the TEMPLE, we are the TEMPLE . So CHRIST is given the WHEEL. Notice, it says here CHRIST will REIGN (rule) over the HOUSE (MINDS) of JACOB (natural thinking man) for ages, and his KINGDOM (reign/rule) shall have no end.

Now that doesn’t mean it is a literal KINGDOM that goes on and on and on. It means, that ONCE CHRIST is BIRTHED within YOU, CHRIST RULES every part of you. There is no end to CHRIST’S RULE.

34Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

This line is where we get all that “literal Virgin” stuff from. But let’s look at what is really being said here. And let’s look at it in context of someone who knows NOTHING ABOUT GOD…

One day someone comes to them (someone who knows nothing about God) and tells them that they are God’s child and that one day, the TRUTH of who they are WILL BE REVEALED within them… They would be like “Say what Willis?” They couldn’t comprehend the gravity of those words.

They would say, “How is that possible? How can you say I am God’s child, when I don’t even KNOW GOD?” – You see the things of God are foolishness to the natural man. So our REBELLIOUS SOUL (Mary) will not be able to receive this truth, by the MESSENGERS WORD alone… It would be foolish to them to even consider that THEY ARE THE CHILD OF GOD, when they don’t even KNOW the first things about GOD to begin with… This is really what is going on here “Church”. Every line of scripture, is about the BIRTHING and RESURRECTING of CHRIST WITHIN.

So, how does this happen? How do we, in our IGNORANT STATE come to the knowledge and stature of the PERFECT MAN?

35And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

The MESSENGER says what I would say, A HIGHER TRUTH shall come to you, a HIGHER TRUTH, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH shall be revealed to you and it shall OVERSHADOW you…

To OVERSHADOW something means, it is GREATER than the thing is it overshadowing. Once the TRUTH OF GOD is revealed IN US, it dwarfs anything that we believed before it. The TRUTH casts out the LIE. This is pictured when CHRIST is casting out DEVILS, or overturning the table in the outer court, he CASTS out ALL THE LIES and NATURAL beliefs we once had. And when that happens, that which is REVEALED in US as US, is called the SON (CHILD of God)

37For with God nothing shall be impossible.

So it doesn’t even matter if you/Mary (The REBELLIOUS/BITTER carnal soul) of mankind have a problem receiving this truth, you see it doesn’t matter. “With Man nothing is possible” Mary didn’t BELIEVE it was possible, as many reading this won’t believe that this ALLEGORY is about US. But with GOD nothing is impossible. HIS WORD does not RETURN VOID.

38And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

This is a glorious moment for us all. It is the moment we say, YOUR WILL BE DONE, NOT MINE! It is the moment, we say, OKAY, CHRIST IN ME, I believe. We are ready to birth this CHILD WITHIN. But what most forget is that PREGNANCY is a process.

It takes a TRIMESTER (3 DAYS) about FORTY WEEKS… Sound familiar?
Israel in the dessert 40 YEARS until they entered the promised land (Christ). David didn’t rule ISRAEL until he was 40. Jesus was TEMPTED for 40 DAYS and nights. Birth is a process, and it would be the same for MARY… as it was, and is, FOR US. It doesn’t happen in one altar call, sorry “church”.

But the CHILD (the TRUTH WITHIN US) will grow strong. Slowly but surely it will make the OLDER UNDERSTANDING serve the YOUNGER UNDERSTANDING. And everything in our lives change. We will find along the way, sometimes we LOSE this GREAT TRUTH… As Joseph and Mary did when they were LOOKING FOR IT AMONG THEIR KINSFOLK… You see you cannot FIND CHRIST in the WORLD you can ONLY FIND CHRIST in the TEMPLE (within YOU)… And for a while, as CHRIST was subject to MARY AND JOSEPH, OUR TRUE NATURE (christ) will be subject to our EGO NATURE… But as that TRUTH GROWS inside, we will say as John said.

“CHRIST MUST INCREASE, I MUST DECREASE”

Then we CHRIST comes to maturity IN US. We too will say, I CAN DO NOTHING OF MYSELF. We will understand we can ONLY DO WHAT GOD WILLS. For GOD is in control of ALL.

Soon everything (every thought/belief) will be put under the SON (child of God) and when that happens, we will no longer go to THE SON to know GOD for we will be THE SON and we will know the FATHER, and then we will put EVERYTHING UNDER THE FATHER. So GOD MAY BE ALL IN ALL… But that my friends it another essay for another day.

BELIEVE AND RECEIVE

About ten years ago, I was going through many things emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc. It was an especially hard time in my life, but also a very wonderful time where I learned so much about myself and others. I learned that you can never repay hate with hate unless you want more hate in return. I learned that you can only overcome the evil others wish to bring into your life by wishing good in theirs and doing good to those who do not do the same for you.

I learned to be grateful for what I had, even though I had lost so much, I lost my home, the new car, the furniture, my wife left me and on top of it all I was sick. During that time I had so little control over anything. All I could do was hold unto my faith that one day my children would be in my fulltime care away from the danger of my ex-wife’s convicted felon, addicted, steroid using and child abusing boyfriend, who she moved into my home while he was on house arrest within two weeks of me moving into a really small apartment. It was a terrible time and I knew my children were in danger, but I had no money, I was barely getting by to begin with so how could I possibly get my children? The answer was, faith.

Matthew 21:21
Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done

I had done nothing wrong in my first marriage, although I am sure I wasn’t perfect, I knew I was better than most. I was a devote husband, a great father, never cheated, never flirted, did housework, made a great living, supported my ex in all things, I dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s, but my ex was just never in love with me. She had told me that it wasn’t me, it was her. The old line didn’t really play so well for me after almost seven years of marriage, a four-year old and a newborn. The first thing that didn’t make any sense was I had always been told God hated divorce. Even though I would learn the only DIVORCE God hates is when “we” divorce ourselves from God and ignorantly believe we are OUR EGO and that OUR EGO is in control. When in fact, who we truly are is beyond what any preachers, priest, rabbi, or guru has told you. We are everything and this is why we must project unto the world and others what we want returned.

“God is not mocked whatever a man sows he shall also reap.”

So there I was alone, broke, in and out of the hospital with my Crohns disease, my children around about the worst human being for them. I don’t want to get into details but imagine the worst person to be around children and that was my ex’s boyfriend who was also fifteen years her junior.

But instead of allowing anger, hatred and worse to grow within me, I began to pray for both of them. Don’t get me wrong there were many times that I wanted to hurt the sick young man who my ex was with, but hurting him and hurting her would never bring me peace. You don’t find peace at the expense of others, you find peace by doing what is right in God’s eyes. You only find peace by truly loving yourself and others, and that means your “enemies” as well. Because if truth by told if you don’t love who you percieve as an enemy, you don’t love yourself.

Luke 6:27
But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you

The reason we MUST love those we percieve as enemies, is because they are there for us to learn. In fact, we created them to begin with. We judged these people to be who we “feared” they were and they became exactly that. I know this is a tough pill to swallow but it does not mean it is not truth. If we judge a certain way, we will be judged by how we first judged. In other words, you get what you put out people. This is Jesus’ teachings is about the best advice in the world. A majority of Jesus’ teachings dealt with sowing and reaping, forgiving, and never taking revenge. The reason is a spiritual law that is at work in the world today. You will only receive what you first put out. You can’t get lettuce without first planting it, the nurturing it and allowing it to grow. The same is true for peace, you will never have peace in your life if you sow hate, anger, and revenge. You recieve what you first believe and set your heart to accomplish.

Back then my hands were really tied. Even though I knew what was going on in my old home I had no proof besides the terrible diaper rashes, bruises, and what my son would tell me. None of which held any weight because of his age. And all of the physical proof could be explained away, even though I knew the excuses were not true. Whether my ex knew about this or not I could not say, I hope for her own peace of mind she didn’t know. One time CPS was called on them, when I found out I was overjoyed but the investigation went nowhere, the agent never followed anything up and the person who called never came forward. It was a devastating time in my life, I felt so helpless. It was one thing to deal with sickness, heartache, and abuse when it was happening to me, but when it was happening to my children it was a very different and terrible hell. It also makes it very hard to trust that God has it all worked out and everything that is happening is happening for a very good reason. Nevertheless, I pressed on and soon I would find out how important this time was for me.

I knew that the only way I could protect my children, get my life back on track, and get healthy again was to start by being healthy within. So I set my sights on my goal, I pictured my children with me, I pictured myself in a new home, and of course I pictured my ex and her boyfriend, turned husband divorced quickly and both would get their lives in order, and more importantly the new husband would be out of my children’s lives for good.

You see, I couldn’t do more than I was doing. Short of kidnapping my children and moving out of the country my hands were tied. So I simply hung onto hope, I turned to God like never before. I spoke to many people about the faith I had, telling them within a short period of time I would have custody of my children, a new home, and more. I prayed for my ex and her new husband, but more importantly I cried out to God saying, “I can’t take this anymore, I can’t do this anymore, help me!” I was desperate. And then one day the call came.

The new husband was caught with his pants down, literally, the only problem was it happened to take place in front of my one year old daughter.

You see even though my circumstances seemed hopeless, God was bigger tha my circumstances and more importantly I firmly believe he was always in control of them, teaching me to stop putting my trust in mankind and myself but to trust that when I believe I will receive. I conditioned myself to only see good coming out of it all. I even had dreams about some big secret that would be revealed, I had dreams I would soon have custody of my kids even though there was no earthly reason for this to happen, considering we just got divorced six months prior.

You see I have long been a believer that if you do the right thing you will reap good things in return. If you do the wrong thing eventually you have to pay for what you have done. This kept me going, I knew eventually whatever was being done privately would be revealed.

Luke 12:3
What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs.

We do indeed reap what we sow. I wrote once about God’s judgment. You see the OLD WAY of looking at things was an “eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth”. Then Jesus came on the scene and cleared that up.

The problem was people believed THEY were the ones that had the right to excercise the judgment. That was their mistake. They thought if someone hurt them, you could hurt them back. The problem with this is, if you do the same thing to someone who hurt you then you are no better. If someone first tears you down and gossips about you and then you gossip about how bad they are and in return tear them down, you are as guilty.

Here is what people don’t understand, the “eye for an eye” law is indeed a spiritual law. The problem is mankind does NOT have the right to execute it. God will make what is wrong right. It is NOT up to us.

Romans 12:19
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Here is the reason, these terrible things that happen to us are happening for us. And if I did not practice what many men and women of God before me preached, which is love, hope, and forgiveness, then my children wouldn’t be where they are today and nor would I.

Judgment is NEVER ours. Judgment is God’s. When we judge others and we stand in judgment and try to exercise judgment on others, we will get what we judged in return. Like thinking the worst in someone before they treat you bad, it is a good call whatever you believed about them they will become. This is why it was so important for me back then to see those that were hurting me and my children in a better light and trust that God would make things right. If their hearts wouldn’t change, then custody and my circumstances would.

And I did indeed receive what I believed.

To make a long story short, without a penny in the bank I would get custody of my children, I would move into my new home, my ex and her new husband would soon divorce and he would never be seen again. I would meet my true love, my new son (her son, my step son), we would be blessed by the home we have today, and we would have my baby boy Ethan who truly is a light in my life.

It wasn’t hate that brought me the life I am living today, it was faith, forgiveness and a conscious decision to think only on the good and to BELIEVE.

Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things

Now I wanted to share all of this to remind you that even when things seem the most hopeless and you are at your most helpless, there is always hope! BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE FAITH! With Faith everything is possible!

Matthew 17:20
…If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you

Now when asked about all of this, the question could be, “Do you wish things were different?” The question could always be answered, “of course”. No one wants to see their children suffer, no one wants to struggle or be tempted to hate another, to see a family break apart, etc. However the truth is, today I love where I am and without all the manure heaped on top of my life at that point the flowers of faith that blossomed out of it would never be enjoyed. My children are strong, happy, and healthy, my wife is my rock, my step son is like my own flesh and blood, and my baby Ethan is an angel sent from God. We are a happy family and I would never trade what I have today for a better yesterday.

I thank God for it all. During that time I learned so much. There is something very revealing spiritually about losing everything you thought SEEMS TO matter in the world, to help you realize you lost nothing and gained EVERYTHING.

LUKE 18
29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake, 30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

Well that was what this period of my life was. It was a time of enlightening and enduring, to be honest it hasn’t really stopped. I don’t think my awakening began when I first went to a church, but when I went through my most difficult trial. I had to learn that not only is God in control of my life but God is in control of my children’s life. That doesn’t mean you sit back and watch life pass you by without doing anything, it means you ONLY operate within the parameters of love.

You do not harm, you forgive, you continue to hold onto hope even when it seems all hope is lost. Because eventually you will reap what you have sown. This is why we must never give up hope. We must always speak our ideals into existence and believe that God and a rewarded of those who diligently seek him.

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him

Not only is it impossible to please God without faith, without faith it is impossible to please anyone and more importantly to be pleased yourself.

When people come against us, when circumstances are hard and beyond our control, DON’T GIVE UP! We need to never lose hope, we need let others know of the hope we have. We need to speak this faith out loud not just so others can hear it’s declaration but so we can HEAR IT OURSELVES!

Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God

This means we should only speak what is true, because we can only really ever hear what is true. And this is truth, God has only good thoughts for you. He does not give us the spirit of fear.

2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind

That means whatever you are going through every thought that has you worried, ashamed, or feeling hopeless, these thoughts are NOT from God. And if they aren’t from God they aren’t true. Stop saying you are a loser, that you are hopeless, that your circumstances will never turn around. What we believe we receive so stop believing lies and allowing them into your life. Instead, endure, hang on to hope and tell the world that good things are coming, because that is the life God wants us all to live.

What is Church?

Whenever I talk to people about their faith, nine times out of ten they tell me they believe in God but don’t go to Church. Shame peppers their words as they go on to say, “I know I really should go to church.” It saddens me to see that so many people equate knowing God intimately with going to man made “church”.

Now I am not saying that going to a man made “Church” is a bad thing. I believe that if people are gathering together and are learning about our Father that is a great thing. However, if they are being tricked into believing they are somehow better off for doing so, they are sadly mistaken.

It doesn’t matter if you think Sunday is the day of true worship, or if you believe it is Saturday. Just because you believe one day is greater than another that doesn’t make it so. Just because a person goes to church doesn’t make the person who seeks God privately any less important in God’s eyes. Believer and Unbeliever live their life unto God, fulfilling God’s purpose.

Romans 14:5-7
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. 6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks. 7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself

Let’s talk about that word “Church” for a second. For those that don’t know let me give you the literal interpretation of what it means.

CHURCH = eÍkklhsiða – Transliterated the word “Church” is “Ekkelsia” and it literally means, “People who have been called out of their homes that gather coincidentallly, or an assembly called out and gathered by chance.”

The words “We’re going to Church today”, have long taken on the meaning that people must go to a designated place of “worship” to find God. But you can’t “go to Church”, because human beings ARE the “Church”. We are the ones that have been “called out” of our homes, as Abraham was.

Genesis 12:1
The LORD had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you

This is what it means to be “Called Out”. This is what it means to be the “Church”. It is letting go of your old ignorant nature and taking hold of your true life, which is Christ. It is leaving your old beliefs and traditions for the power and wisdom of God. The traditions, vain beliefs and religious teachings of carnal mankind will never free you. In fact we are warned again and again to stay away from such.

Colossians 2:8-9
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

You cannot find the truth of God in buildings made by man’s corrupt hands, but by God’s hand (power/authority). We are the building, we are the Temple where God is found.

Habakkuk 2:20
But the LORD is in his holy temple:

And that HOLY TEMPLE is you!

1 Corinthians 3:17
If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are

What do you think the story of Jesus turning over the money tables is all about. It is about the truth of God within you clearing God’s House (you) of all the lies and nonsence you have believed.

The TRUTH of God is daily teaching in God’s Temple… YOU!

49I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and ye took me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled.

Many believe things aren’t spiritually true because their religious leaders tell them so. I can’t tell you how many people will disagree with a spiritual truth because they have been taught differently by a religious leader. And the amount of danger that is in this is paramount. We cannot and should not turn to Mankind to know God, we must always turn to God. Of course this doesn’t mean we can’t go to others to learn, it simply means we must continue to go to God and ask God what the truth is and be bold enough to listen.

There are many false beliefs out there today and I firmly believe this is why so very few are free today to enjoy their lives and have hope.

The physical is always a symbol of the spiritual. But if you put your faith only in the physical you will never be free to touch things that are eternal. You will continue to put your faith in things built by man’s hands.

Mark 14:58
We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.

For years mankind has been changing the truth of God into what they want it to mean. Many do this ignorantly, others do it for financial gain, and some do it to feel more important than others. In the end people who go to these religious leaders end up worshipping the religious leader unaware. Not all are like this of course, many are wonderful teachers, but some are wolves who have “crept in” changing the word of God into a lie that men and women ignorantly believe.


Romans 1:25
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

This is what the “Tower of Babel” is all about. Mankind wanted to be God, so they thought the best way to do this was to build a “tower” to the heavens, to basically dethrone God, so they could be God themselves.

Now the story of Babel’s Tower is a great allegory. The word TOWER in Hebrew, doesn’t mean a literal Tower. It means, “to become great or important, promote, make powerful, praise, magnify, do great things”. Isn’t that something?

What will really blow you away is when you see this next definition for “tower” from the Strongs. TOWER= “elevated stage, pulpit”

Hhhmn? Sounds a lot like the Tower mankind was building in Babel wass RELIGION. And in so doing, mankind magnified themselves, made themselves powerful, and with it they even seemed to do great things.

Mankind wasn’t trying to build a literal TOWER to reach heaven. They were building what many believe a “church” is today. They were building a religious system that makes Carnal religious leaders gods themselves. And it worked, many religious leaders sit in judgment over their “flocks”, many tell people what to eat, when to eat, what to wear, what not to wear, what people can say or do, the list goes on and on. The irony is the more controlling and judgmental these religious leaders are, the more corrupt they soon are exposed to be.

Let’s break down how the allegory of how MAN MADE RELIGION came to be.

Genesis 11 And they said, Go to, let US build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

Let us make ourselves a name? Isn’t that the goal of so many in the world today, to make a name for themselves?

But let us break down, what the CITY is that Mankind builds to become great.

Proverbs 10:15
The rich man’s wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.

The CITY man wanted to build, was their own wealth at the expense of the poor.

Proverbs 18:11
The rich man’s wealth IS his strong city, and as an high wall in his own CONCEIT.

CITY = WEALTH AND PRIDE — Our Religious leaders of the land have plenty of that. Sadly Money and Pride is what most people really put their faith in. Carnal (ignorant) mankind believes if they have enough money that they will be safe. More people put their faith in finances than God, and that is an understatement.

Isaiah 24:12
In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.

The CITY and TOWER they built was corrupt. It was MAN’S ATTEMPT to RULE AS GOD… And anytime that happens it is doomed to fail.

So God confounded their tongues, he pitted one religion against another. So not ONE RELIGION, would be able to rule the whole of the world. Now the differing religions of the world can’t understand each other. They all have different rules, and truly they all have different gods they worship. And of course every religious sect and denomination believes it is the only true religion. Sad but true.

The religious are the children of their CARNAL HEARTS, condemning ANYONE who believes differently. And with every DENOMINATION there are different rules, beliefs, and traditions.


Romans 1:28
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

And NO! This verse has nothing to do with Homosexuality, even though most of these bad religious Teachers claim it does. Romans 1 is all about how man has begun to worship the created instead of the Creator.

Now I shouldn’t have to tell you that there are many religious leaders who seem to have great power. This is nothing new, but true power isn’t found in grand shows of “so-called” miracle healing, or future telling, true power is found in humility, true power is found only in submission, true power is found in loving others and putting others before yourself.

9But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one: 10To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. 11And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.

For a long time, humanity has been bewitched by the sorceries of people who love to go about in long robes, make long prayers in their man made religious buildings, etc.

Today many religious leaders go so far as to reduce the “word of god” which is “Truth”, to money. The SEED we read about in scripture that is SOWN is NEVER MONEY. It is the WORD OF GOD.

Luke 8:11
This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God

The SEED you sow is TRUTH. I know there are many religious leaders who will say, if you send in your seed (which they want you to believe in your money) that God will multiply it. And so people don’t give their money for pure reasons, they give it like you would buying a lottery ticket. “You got to be in it to win it”, this is what many religious leaders are selling.

However, God isn’t concerned with your money. He is concerned with you heart. You can’t buy your way into heaven, and the SEED that must be sown is not money it is the Gospel of Truth.

People today have been tricked into thinking that to find God they must go to a religious building and hear from a religious leader. This is the same problem Israel had. They wanted Moses to tell them what God was saying. They made Moses to be god over them. When God always wanted Israel to go directly to him. But Israel was scared.

Ex 20: 18-21 When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a distance and said to Moses, “Speak to us yourself and we will listen. But do not have God speak to us or we will die.”

So Israel didn’t go to God, nor do the multitude today. Instead of turning within to hear God themselves they go to a Pastor, Evangelist, Priest, Rabbi, Guru, or any other Religious leader promising LIKE MOSES “If you FOLLOW Me, I will LEAD YOU into the PROMISE LAND (flowing with milk and honey).”

And for all you literalists out there… MILK AND HONEY are ALLEGORIES. Honey is a SYMBOL of being enlightened. MILK is simple doctrine and wisdom of God.

1 Samuel 14:29
Then said Jonathan, My father hath troubled the land: see, I pray you, how mine eyes have been ENLIGHTENED, because I tasted a little of this HONEY.

And MILK is a symbol of God’s teaching/ Doctrine – Not even deep doctrine, but God’s wisdom none the less.

1 Corinthians 3:2
I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

You see, the PROMISE LAND is not what many Religious teachers PROMISE. It’s not literal wealth, health, or a Kingdom far, far away where you can eat all day without getting sick or fat.

The PROMISE LAND is THE KINGDOM OF GOD revealed IN YOU.

Entering the PROMISE LAND is entering the KINGDOM OF GOD within you.

This is the land God has given us all to inherit. It is being Enlightened to the Truth and Wisdom of God (Christ In You The Hope Of Glory). And when we find this we say, as Paul said, “It is not longer I that live but Christ”

Psalm 143:10
Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

A LAND OF UPRIGHTNESS: This the LAND we are promised to enter, TRUTH, HONOR, DIGNITY, COMPASSION, UPRIGHTNESS, LOVE, WISDOM.

To enter the Kingdom we don’t need to go to man or woman, we don’t need to go to any building, any temple, church, kingdom hall, or mosque. All we need to do is go within.

Matthew 6:6
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you

Seeking God is a very personal thing. One must understand that they are no less important in God’s eyes than Jesus himself. We are all part of the same body, we are all one. Once we realize this we will stop going to others, we will asking others to teach us about God. We will go to God directly.

John 16
23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

You are the Church people, you are being called out of ignorance into the light of the truth. Leave from where you are and allow God to lead you where you are meant to go. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

God, The Mind, You

This article may be review for some of you who have read here before. But for those who haven’t this article will truly blow your mind and open your eyes to a mystery that has been hidden within the parable of scripture. This is God, the mind, and you! And it is where science and faith meet head on and when it does it increases our faith with its findings.

It’s been awhile since I have been inspired to write an essay. But this morning, revelation hit. Like Lightning from Heaven the SPARK OF INSPIRATION/CREATION came (revealed/unveiled) to me. Now it deals with the title of this essay, but before I get into that, I want to briefly share some other finding. This you will find is where scripture and science meet, and what happens is indeed wonderful.

Let’s start by talking about that “Lightning”. Jesus (the truth revealed in man/God’s salvation revealed) is said to come like “Lightning” from Heaven.

Luke 17:24
For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

This is the way understanding/wisdom COMES (which means REVEALED, UNCOVERED). This is the way CHRIST COMES (The way WISDOM is REVEALED) – Like lightning from heaven.

Now the first real give away that this isn’t speaking of some event OUTSIDE of us, is the word HEAVEN. And we know the Kingdom of Heaven does not come outside of us it is found within. I will get into this further in moment.

Now let’s think for a moment about literal Lightning. In the dark of night, when lightning strikes, for a MOMENT you literally SEE EVERYTHING CLEARLY. You catch a glimpse into what was hidden by the darkness of night. And, this is the very same way the REVELATION of the TRUTH (Christ/Word) comes (is revealed). In glimpses we see, but we don’t retain the full knowledge of everything we have seen, whatever is closest to us we see clearly and remember, but things farther away we cannot make out as well.

This is such a wonderful description of how REVELATION hits. The TRUTH of God many refer to as an onion, one that is very complex and has many layers. The more you peel away, the sweeter and more wonderful the find.

Now let me for a moment show you why LIGHTNING is the perfect way to describe REVELATORY THOUGHT. Permit me to use science to further demonstrate this.

This is how thought works: (scientifically speaking) Okay so first you need to understand that the cells that make up your nervous system are called Neurons. But that’s not the cool part, just very important for this “Lightning” in our brain to take place.

Now these Neurons connect to each other with SYNAPSES. Now when messages/thoughts/feelings/etc are transferred to each other it happens at LIGHTNING speed, via a Lightning fast chemical and ELECTRICAL reaction. – Now here is the deal, these synapses are FIRING CONSTANTLY, when thinking, praying, or sleeping these electrical and chemical impulses/messages are ALWAYS being transported from one to another. The Nervous system is often called the POWER LINES of your body, as chemical and electrical impulses are at always at work.

Now here is when REVELATION meets SCIENCE.

Job 37:
2 Listen carefully to the thunder of God’s voice (TRUTH) as it rolls from his mouth.
3 It rolls across the heavens, and his LIGHTNING flashes in every direction

As I stated earlier the KINGDOM (REIGN) OF HEAVEN/GOD is WITHIN (in your midst, in YOU) – This is why we are told not to look outside of ourselves for God, because God is within, on his Throne (our minds).

I often ask people what the TEMPLE OF GOD is, they happily tell me, “we are the Temple of God” where God exists. Then I ask people to point to their TEMPLES and I ask them, what is between their Temples.

Between your TEMPLES is your BRAIN. Let’s look at the crusifiction allegorically, what is the physical also telling us spiritually. Christ (the power and wisdom of God in us) was put to death (we became ignorant of) at GOLGATHA (the place of the skull = Your Brain)

It is all about our MIND! This is why we are told to put on the MIND OF CHRIST (The thought of God’s truth/the ANNOINTING OF THE TRUTH).

Now, THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO, when these scriptures were written, there was NO WAY for them to have the complex understanding of how the Brain works, as we do today. They didn’t have the advances in medicine we have today. So to use Lightning, Clouds, and more to describe how the TRUTH is processed within us is a little more tha curious. Perhaps this is more proof the holy Books of God are INSPIRED of God…

Now we see scientific findings backing up what was written by those prophets of old, who could never have known the intricacies of the brain. Much less, understand that when we THINK it is LIKE A LIGHTNING STORM going off in our brain. That alone should blow you away. But now let me explain something else before I really get into the meat of this paper.

John 15:2
Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Now you read this scripture and hopefully understand that Jesus is speaking in PARABLE. But many make the mistake the word BRANCH here means literal people, as opposed to the THOUGHTS WITHIN that make us who we are. People are NOT their physical bodies they are spiritual beings (thoughts expressed) within physical bodies.

Now the above scripture is NOT literal, just as we understand that the FRUIT people bear are good deeds and Godly attitudes and not bananas, apples, or oranges. So if the people do not bear fruit are THEY taken away? NO! The Branches that are NOT BEARING FRUIT are TAKEN AWAY, these are BRANCHES OF THOUGHT! Now watch how science and faith meet head on once again.

Let’s first talk about what this word SPIRIT means. Earlier stated it was OUR THOUGHTS.

God is TRUTH AND SPIRIT. God is not flesh and blood, but GOD IS SPIRIT and truth. God is also LOVE. These words “spirit, love, truth” are not physically tangible, they are THOUGHTS expressed. They begin within us, thought is our desires, our feelings, and it is expressed without as WORDS and ACTIONS.

Jesus said my WORDS are SPIRIT and TRUTH… Jesus ONLY SPOKE what GOD TOLD HIM TO SPEAK…

Words = SPIRIT = Spoken Thought = WE ARE DEALING WITH OUR THOUGHTS NOT PEOPLE, BUT PEOPLE’S THOUGHTS!

John 15:2 – Every THOUGHT in ME (the body of Christ/humanity) that is not bearing Fruit (peaceful, charitable, humble, meek, kind, genuine thoughts and TRUTH) is purged!!!!!!

Now, what will really blow your mind is when you find out what DENDRITES are.

Here is a DENDRITES definition= a BRANCHED, TREELIKE protoplasmic process of a neuron that carries nerve impulses toward the cell body.

What are DENDRITES you ask? Glad you asked. I’ve written about them before, but I’ll go into more detail for THOSE WHO WERE NOT PAYING ATTENTION THE LAST TIME!

The dendrites (branch) job is to collect data, information and pass it along.

Once again we find, if you want to find God in a microscope you’ll find God, in space you’ll find God, in the forest you’ll find God, in A CADAVER you’ll find God, In scripture you’ll find God… It ALL WORKS TOGETHER and ALL BEARS WITNESS to the TRUTH/MYSTERY that is WITHIN US ALL.

NOW CHECK THIS OUT!

Here is an interesting FACTOID! FIG TREES do not grow well in Michigan because the environment is too STRESSFUL for them.

Is that true? YES! Did Jacob say, Fig Trees don’t grow well in STRESS? YES!

A fig tree is best grown in a quiet, peaceful environment. WEIRD RIGHT? Not really, when you understand that GOD MADE ALL THINGS and if there is LIFE in that thing (fig tree) GOD IS IN IT! – This is why some people sing and talk to their plants. Studies have shown some music helps plants to thrive, while other music does not.

Now what does the FIG TREE have to do with the DENDRITES/BRANCHES? And why even bring it up?

Well, for a Brain to heal, NEW DENDRITES/BRANCHES need to form, and for ANYONE TO HEAL NEOROLOGICALLY they need to be in a stress free environment, as well as get plenty of REST, LOVE, NURTURING, STIMULATION, and SUNLIGHT – Yes, SONLIGHT- As the SON/SUN helps all things to GROW, so the TRUTH SHINING BRIGHT WITHIN DOES AS WELL.

But back to our DENDRITE/BRANCHES of the FIG TREE EXAMPLE.

Mark 13
28Now learn a parable of the FIG TREE; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: 29So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

Now watch the TRANSLATION, when NEW BRANCHES OF THOUGHT begin to form, we know FRUIT WILL SOON COME!

Once you begin to SEE the Kingdom of Heaven in a new way, you know THE HARVEST is soon approaching. Which means SOON you will be walking in the knowledge of the truth.

Ephesians 4:13
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:…. AND, we will no longer be tossed back and forth with the nonsense being spouted from the pulpits, altars, temples, mosque’s, kingdom halls, quaker meeting houses, etc… but we will KNOW AS WE ARE KNOWN = We will know we are GOD’S CHILD!

At that point, NEW BRANCHES OF THOUGHT rooted in TRUTH form… We no longer serve the OLD THOUGHTS/LIES of our sensual understanding (left brain thinking) but we will align ourselves with the TRUTH OF GOD and live out of the SPIRIT of CREATION (Right brain thinking) – we will put off the old for the new!

Colossians 3:10
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him

It’s all about KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, WISDOM! This is what the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS ALL ABOUT!

Proverbs 3
13 Happy is the man that findeth WISDOM, and the man that getteth UNDERSTANDING. 14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. 15 She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. 16 Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. 17Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. 18 SHE IS A TREE OF LIFE to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

WISDOM IS A TREE OF LIFE – from which many branches (dendrites) grow, first leaves (basic understanding shoot forth) then FRUIT!

It is all about KNOWING GOD and the SON (humanity resurrected from within) – this is ETERNAL LIFE!

John 17:3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

SALVATION is not a FUTURE EVENT. But a NOW EVENT!

Romans 13:11
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

And Salvation is NOT about saying a couple of catch phrases, going to church/temple/mosque and doing what your Religious leader says to do. It is about UNDERSTANDING GOD IS IN CONTROL! Solomon understood EVERYTHING IS VANITY with the exception of KNOWING GOD. Knowing It is GOD THAT DOES ALL AND WILLS ALL!

Oh, but what about saying “Jesus I ask you INTO MY LIFE and make you LORD OF MY LIFE.” And then the preacher says, “If you said that prayer I believe you are saved!” I am sorry to say, this may be a step for many, but it is far from being born again. Salvation is a process, the Onion of truth within us needs to be peeled away daily. The good news is no one can fail, we are predetermined (preprogrammed) for salvation.

You can’t say a couple of things because they sound good to you, follow after your itching ears and know salvation. Salvation is like BIRTH (being Born again) and that is a PROCESS. It isn’t whamo you’re saved!

Philippians 2:12
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, WORK OUT your own salvation with fear and trembling.

This is a process people! The OLDER NATURE in MAN has been ruling since CAVEMAN DAYS! The YOUNGER brother/ CHRIST NATURE (The Power and Wisdom of God Revealed)

BTW, this is how we are saved when we CONFESS (ADMIT/EXHIBIT) THE NATURE OF CHRIST… The word “Name” translates into NATURE.

But I digress, the CHRIST NATURE (God’s Power and Wisdom) was put to death (covered/veiled) by the CARNAL NATURE. As Cane killed Abel, So our CARNAL EGO (who we think we are) puts to death (makes us ignorant of) WHO WE REALLY ARE (God’s child) after being born and believing all the brainwashing and nonsense that FORMED US (dust = lies) which by the way is what the SERPENT EATS DUST. To eat means to assimilate.

But little by little that YOUNGER (newer) NATURE (CHRIST) takes control. And soon overthrows all the nonsense lies we have believed with the BRIGHTNESS OF HIS COMING (revealing).

Philippians 3:8
Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ.

When the BRANCHES/TARES/GOATS and any other allegory to describe the THOUGHTS of the WORLD as OPPOSED TO THE KINGDOM (reign) OF GOD are gathered and purged/burned… we will INHERIT THE UNDERSTANDING OF WHO WE TRULY ARE!

1 Peter 5:10
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Yes through MUCH TRIBULATION we enter the KINGDOM. And when we do, we do exactly as it is WRITTEN IN THE BOOK of US to do. But after we suffer the THORNS in our Flesh (Cares of the world), after family and friends turn on us for our new-found understanding, after we are persecuted, and abused… then and only then do we enter the Kingdom and sit down on the RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER WITH CHRIST (GOD’S TRUTH AND ANNOINTING)

Luke 22:69
Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.

You see, even our SUFFERINGS are paving our way to the KINGDOM!

But now to the CROSS of my essay! The great revelation that HIT ME right where CHRIST sits! THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER!

I have always known that THE RIGHT HAND is a symbol of the TRUTH OF GOD, and the LEFT HAND is where SATAN rules, representing the Temporal world… But not until this morning when Bill sent me a curious link, did I begin to “SEE” the truth of what the RIGHT HAND AND LEFT HAND REALLY WAS!

I have always written about the workings of the brain, twelve disciples (twelve pairs of cranial nerves) 24 kings seated around the throne. ETC, ETC, But never put two and two TOGETHER INTO ONE!

Our BRAIN is made up of three big parts… THE RIGHT HEMISPHERE, THE LEFT HEMISPHERE, THE BRAIN STEM (Reptilian brain)

Now to SIT is an ALLEGORY of being ROOTED IN SOMETHING. So to SIT at the RIGHT HAND of the FATHER, means to be ROOTED IN HIS TEACHING/WISDOM.

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A LITERAL HAND!

Now, this is the LIGHTNING (Enlightening) that struck me… I looked up what functions the RIGHT AND LEFT Hemisphere perform… and I was BLOWN AWAY!

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS, uses logic, detail oriented, facts rule, words and language, present and past (not future), math and science, acknowledges order/pattern perception, knows object name, reality based, forms strategies, practical,safe

Now doesn’t that left brain sound a lot like the carnal man? “There is a way that seems good to a man, he makes plans, BUT GOD ORDERS HIS STEPS.”

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS : uses feeling, “big picture” oriented, imagination rules, symbols and images (ALLEGORY), present and future, philosophy & religion, can “get it”, belief, appreciates spatial perception, fantasy based, presents possibilities. FAITH!

You see the LEFT BRAIN FUNCTION deals with TANGIBLE, TEMPORAL THINGS, like logic, facts, words, math, perception, reality based ideas, practical thinking… THE LEFT BRAIN deals with WORLDLY THINKING… And who is king of the world “Satan” – Man’s Carnal Egotistical Nature.

Now the RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTION on the other hand, uses feelings, intuition, imagination, religion, philosophy, fantasy, belief, faith…. THIS IS THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER we MUST SIT DOWN AT!

Hebrews 11:1
Now FAITH is the substance of things HOPED FOR, the evidence of things NOT SEEN.

The RIGHT BRAIN is the SEAT that deals with FAITH. The LEFT BRAIN cannot accept what isn’t seen, it deals with perception, logic, MAN’S UNDERSTANDING… but without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD!
These are the TWO MEN (carnal/worldly left brain – spiritual/heavenly right brain) sleeping in one bed.

These are the TWO NATURES at war.

Galatians 5:17 (New Living Translation)
17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions.

And what does scripture say about a double minded man?

James 1:8
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Here’s the good news (Gospel) folks…. The ELDER shall serve the YOUNGER (CHRIST) 🙂

Now history shows that it isn’t until recently that our RIGHT HEMISPHERE thinking has evolved. Back in CAVEMAN days, they dealt in the lowest of carnal realms, the SERPENT (BRAIN STEM/REPTILIAN BRAIN) — But now is TIME for us to WAKE OUT OF THIS SLUMBER and SIT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER AS WELL!

Now, If the RIGHT HEMISPHERE is the RIGHT HAND of GOD (Where God’s truth/inspiration is imparted) and the LEFT HEMISPHERE is where (Man’s logic, and man’s ways are ruling) — THEN WHERE IS GOD THE FATHER FOUND?

Where do we SEE THE FACE OF GOD?

Well, I should know that better than anyone.

Genesis 32:30
And Jacob called the name of the place PENIEL: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

Sound familiar to any of you geeks out there? THE PINEAL GLAND, also known, and called by many the THIRD EYE, or as Rene Descartes called it the SEAT OF THE SOUL… But the PINEAL GLAND is an ENDOCRINE gland which is very, very, very, tiny.

Luke 13:19
It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

Now very little is known about the PINEAL GLAND with the exception that it produces MELATONIN, which is affected by the amount of LIGHT or DARKNESS a person gets. For example if their surroundings are dark, it makes the person SLEEP. (The allegory being, when you are ignorant you are asleep/dead/carnal) but when the LIGHT shines it WAKES YOU!

So the PINEAL GLAND is like OUR MASTER clock telling us when it is time to sleep and when to wake up… And the RIGHT HEMISPHERE AND LEFT HEMISPHERE are located on either side of it.

Now, what does all of this have to do with our FAITH? If anything, once again it shows that we can find the TRUTH OF GOD EVERYTHING, especially WITHIN! So shut your eyes, cut off that LEFT BRAIN THINKING and COME UP HIGHER!

HELL REVEALED

There are many articles and books written about “Hell”. The books and articles vary from something you’d expect from a Hollywood horror movie to something you’d expect in a university classroom. There have been people who have claimed to visit there and have written books on the experience, there are people who present, with frightening detail a place of unimaginable suffering, and then there are some who explain that the word “hell” from scripture is nothing more than an allegory and has been used by a religious system to control people by feeding off their fear.

I have written about this subject before, but I hope to present a clearer explanation of what I know “hell” to be. Mainly because, like David, and Jonah, I have known the pits of Hell myself.

15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. 16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands.

You see, this “hell” that so many are frightened of, is in fact something most people are spending a good deal of time in themselves. The “Pit” (of despair) that many find themselves in is not some future event where they are roasted infinitely, it is an emotional state that they themselves have been caught in because of their unbelief. This essay will show you what “hell” really is, what the word “hell” literally means, and how each of us has control over its gates, in Christ.

The good news is, regardless of where you find yourself… God is always there. So much for those people who say “Hell” is a place where God is not.

Psalm 139:8
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in HELL, behold, thou art there

Everything has it’s existence in God. So there is nowhere, and no place, God is not.

1 Corinthians 8:6
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are ALL THINGS…

Like David, we all can make our beds in hell and find God is always there to lift US out of it. In fact, we do this quite often. Like Jonah, we too have cried from the belly of hell and asked to be delivered from the belly of the great Beast (OUR carnal nature) we were trapped in, and God caused that beast to vomit US onto the shore (better foundation).

Jonah 2:2
And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of HELL cried I, and thou heardest my voice.

Notice the above passage. Jonah writes, “by reason of my affliction” which of course means his suffering, God heard his prayer… He was in the “belly” of Hell. He was in a place of suffering, he was afflicted by his unbelief and he was suffering in the “belly” of the great fish.

Now you know by now that I believe scripture to be a metaphor, an allegory, a mystery that God must unlock and reveal to us all. The Kingdom of Heaven is a MYSTERY to those are “WITHOUT” (the understanding and interpretation of it). And to those that don’t understand the “mystery/allegory/parable” all things are done in “Parable/Mystery/Allegory”.

But if you will dare to press further than a literal interpretation and you will pray to God saying, “teach me the truth no matter what the cost”, you will find that scripture does a good job of explaining what these stories really mean.

For example in the story of Jonah, even the word “belly” is an allegoric representation of our carnal mind. The “belly” is analogous with the “lusts” of the flesh (carnal mind). And of course the FISH is a representation of the carnal man that needs to be fished out of the depths of his ignorance (sea/mans ways). This is why Jesus made us fishers of men… get it? 🙂

In fact the “SERPENT” otherwise known as the “devil” goes about on its belly. His BELLY is how he gets from one place to another, the BELLY (man’s carnal mind) is how man navigates this world, and carnal man does this in darkness. That is a hell unto itself.

Genesis 3:14
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life

Job 15:35
They conceive mischief, and bring forth vanity, and their belly prepareth deceit

I don’t want to go into too much detail about this word “belly”, but I want you to understand that as the word BELLY is an allegory, so too is the word HELL… Obviously a person’s literal stomach does not prepare deceit. Our imagination does. When we believe lies we act and think foolishly and for that we end up in “hell”.

And the sad thing is that there is no end to the suffering that we find when we leave the truth and faith of God for the lies and fears of the world (our lusts).

Proverbs 27:20
Hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied

Now many have taken this above passage to mean there is a literal place of endless torment waiting for us, and it is so huge and there are so many sinners that it “increases daily”. But notice, how Hell and Destruction are simply other words to describe man’s lustful appetite?

You see when you operate out of that carnal nature, you will never have enough, never be enough, and you will never find peace or be content. Because the carnal nature of man, the ignorance of man is never satisfied, it is never full.

I know many of you reading this essay right now, have felt, at times that life is too hard to bear. I believe all of us, at points in our lives, hurt deeply and wonder, “What is the point of it all?”…

You see, when we are in those negative thoughts, God does not seem to be anywhere around. In fact, we may even get angry at God for allowing hurtful people to tear us down, or allowing disease to steal our peace… This anger and pain can feel like a fire inside of us, burning our spirit, tearing us apart. But when we REMEMBER the gospel (the truth which is good news) as Paul said, we are set free. And what we are set free from is our own ignorance. This is salvation indeed.

So what does the word “Hell” even mean? Well when reading scripture you will find many words translates into the word “hell”. The most common is Sheol which literally means “the grave, the pit, hidden place”. Now what you will also find is it is our actions, our thoughts that open the gates to hell for us to check in for a spell.

Matthew 5:22
But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

When we allow our anger to take hold of us, we act foolishly. And when we act foolishly we indeed reap what we sow. Many times in scripture you will read about “fire”, in fact the words fire and brimstone have been used to describe what you might find in “hell”.

But if truth be told, Fire and Brimstone are simply allegories for how God, purifies people from their foolish thoughts. Both Fire and Brimstone are used to purify. Fire is used by the smith to rid precious metals from impurities, and Brimstone was used much like we use soap today. For those that don’t know what brimstone is, it is simply another word for sulfur… You may have heard of Sulfur soap, well if you haven’t Sulfur Soap has many Benefits. Historically known as brimstone, sulfur is a powerful natural mineral that is essential to physical health!

So both Fire and Brimstone are GOOD things. Well for years, FIRE has scared all of us. But look at who else is compared to FIRE.

Deuteronomy 4:24
For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire

Matthew 3:11
I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire

Christ BAPTIZES us with FIRE! That means when we begin to come into the Kingdom of God, into the Rule and Reign of Truth, we are immersed in FIRE. Now of course this isn’t a literal fire, but it is an ALLEGORY. Take a quick look at how God purifies us, and delivers us from our ignorance and suffering.

Malachi 3:3
And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.

A Silver Smith holds the Precious metal over the HOTTEST part of the FLAME. All of the impurities bubble up and away, and the Smith only know the metal is pure when he can see his reflection in the silver. The same is true for us. Our hardships, our suffering, everything we go through in life, all the “hell” we endure is for but a moment. It is there to bring us to perfection.

Acts 14:22
Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

There is no future afterlife to fear. There is no “hell” waiting for those in the future after they die as some say. There is only “hell” in the present. And yes it is a place of darkness and suffering, and weeping and back biting and pain. But this is not an ENDLESS place. In the end, Hell and Death are destroyed and they give up their dead.

Revelation 20:14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.

So much for people teaching you “HELL” is infinite. Don’t forget in the end, ALL OF GOD’S CREATION praises God! And it will be in those moments, when none of your past sufferings in “hell” will matter, because it cannot be compared to the glory revealed in you.

Revelation 5:13
1 And EVERY creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Notice it doesn’t say SOME, but EVERY, everywhere, will be praising God. There are many other scriptures that speak of this reconciliation of all things into God. But this article is for those who want to know what “hell” is. The first thing I have tried to do is show you that “hell” is a not event.

2 Samuel 22:7 The sorrows of hell compassed me about; the snares of death prevented me…

Notice, the sorrows of hell are also the snares of death. Both hell and death are allegories of our IGNORANCE.

Romans 8:6
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace

When we operate out of our carnal mind, we are ignorant and do not know the truth. It is impossible to avoid suffering when you don’t know whether something is real or not. Fear is the noose that strangles us all and makes us all act the way we would not, if we knew better.

HELL is a mindset we enter when we leave the Truth of God for the lies of this world. It is our anger, our guilt, our sorrow, our fear and more negative nonsense that causes us such suffering.

HELL IS THE OPPOSITE of LOVE and TRUTH.

Whatever one thinks in their heart, that they become. Our faith and our thoughts are a powerful tool of creation. This is why, we are told to think ONLY ON GOOD THINGS.

Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

You’ve heard the old expression, “You are what you eat.” – Well this is taken from the great wisdom of those who have gone before us, “You are WHAT YOU THINK.”

This is why, the only escape from HELL is Christ (the Power and Wisdom of God). The only way out of a tormenting mindset is to change your mind. You must leave the LIES you believe for the TRUTH of God. The Good news is, Love does prevail in the end.

I believe, ultimately we learn from our mistakes, we reap what we sow and grow because of it.

As the lead character in my novel says, “Even a child learns to stop touching the hot stove.” – This is how God brings us to the knowledge of the truth and the stature of the perfect man (Christ).

Now many have been taught that once you are sent to “hell” that there is no return. But not only is that not true it is the farthest thing from truth. Our sufferings are for but a moment, and good will always come out of it. God will not leave us in a place of torment (testing).

Psalm 16:10
For thou wilt not leave my soul in HELL; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

God will not leave our soul in such a state. We will learn eventually, that it is better to love than hate, better to forgive than be bitter, better to see to a persons pain than see their fault.

You see when we suffer, we learn from what we endure. It all works together for our good. In the end none of it will matter anyway, because our suffering is for but a moment in the grand scheme of things. But like the pressure placed on coal to create a diamond, like the suffering of the oyster to produce the pearl, the hell we go through creates something far more valuable… a PURE SPIRIT AND PEACE OF MIND!

This is the way GOD has LIFE set up, our reaping what we have sown eventually teaches us that we MUST COME TO CHRIST (GOD’S POWER AND WISOMD) to escape the DEPTHS OF HELL (our suffering, ignorance, carnal ignorance, anger, guilt, shame, fear)

Proverbs 23:14
Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from HELL.

Like any Good Father, I believe God corrects us. Sure we’ll suffer in the TIMEOUT of our own personal hell, until we say… “Sorry Dad, I won’t do it again.”

We, like Jesus LEARN OBEDIENCE by the things we suffer. And we suffer when we SIN (thinking and act foolishly – And many times we suffer because other people taught us wrong, and so we end up worse than we were to begin with, and worse than those who taught us ignorantly.

Matthew 23:15
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of HELL than yourselves.

This is what it boils down to. Most of our suffering and insecurities comes from the conditioning/brain washing/and experiences of our past.

To be a child of HELL, doesn’t mean you are birthed out of a place of infinite suffering, it means your beliefs have been birthed out of ignorance which causes you to suffer needlessly.

When I ask many people, “Why do you share the Gospel?” The answer is always the same… “I want to see people saved.” — My follow-up question is always the same, “Saved from what?” — Their answer “HELL, ENDLESS TORTURE”

Now, God does not give us the SPIRIT OF FEAR, yet many have this FEAR, and USE THIS FEAR as a motivator. Not just that they threaten, “You better do this or else.” They also worry about those that died or their loved ones who killed themselves without saying the words “Jesus save me”. They truly believe these people are destined for INFINITE TORTURE. What a terrible thought. How very little many think of God. They think the worst of God instead of the best. As if God is some petty, hateful monster who would rather torture than teach.

Many today say that OUR CHOICE can keep us from the Love of God. That we can someone choose to be apart from God. Well, in our thinking, yes, but truly there is no separation from God, for God is all there is. And NOTHING can separate us from the LOVE OF GOD… Mind you, I said NOTHING!

Roman 8:
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God.

There isn’t anything that can separate us from the Love of God. Now that doesn’t mean, people won’t be entering those gates of hell again and again, and weeping and screaming, until they UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH and FINALLY ACCEPT CHRIST (Power and Wisdom of God) TO BE FREE.

The Hebrews didn’t believe in Eternal Torture. Ask any Devote Jew.

Paul “worshipped the God of his Fathers” — God is the same, yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The God of Paul’s fathers, didn’t know Jesus after the FLESH, but they knew Christ after the spirit… and the ONLY HELL they understood, was the HELL OF THEIR VAIN IMAGINATION. (ignorance, anger, hate, greed, sorrow, guilt, shame, etc)

Proverbs 15:24
The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from HELL beneath.

HEAVEN is always pictured as UP, and HELL is always beneath. These are two mind sets, One of HIGHER UNDERSTANDING and one is LOWER UNDERSTANDING. One brings hope and peace, the other brings fear, anxiety, and suffering.

We are all where we are and God makes everything beautiful in ITS TIME. So we need to put this debate to an end, we need to say THE HELL WITH HELL and seek Christ.

Many have asked man to prove the things of God, but man cannot do this, only Christ IN you can reveal the things of God.

Deep down we all just want to be accepted… This is our DESIRE, because deep down we’ve been tricked into believing we have been REJECTED BY GOD. Even though He has never left us, nor forsaken us, and is WITHIN US, not far away as some will say.

Religion over the centuries has continued to perpetuate the belief that if we don’t do exactly as “THEY” say, we are headed for a place of endless doom. No wonder everyone walks around with a dark cloud over their head.

So, if a person from birth is brought up to believe this or that, I understand someone coming along with all the proof in the world is not going to change that persons belief. An outside work NEVER DOES IT, it has to be done INSIDE.

God is not the AUTHOR of confusion he is a GOD OF PEACE. God doesn’t use FEAR TACTICS to motivate man, as Man does… God motivates with LOVE. “LOVE DRAWS A MULTITUDE TO REPENTANCE”

2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
If all of us BELIEVED THIS, it would be easier for us to love other.

So why do people want to believe in a God that would give up on his creation and torture them instead of teach them and help them? The reason is simple, if God does this, than it gives them the excuse to do the same. This is why so many “Christians” see people as Saved or Unsaved… instead seeing People as brother or sister. However, if we BELIEVE God is forgiving, merciful, patient, kind, loving, peaceful than WE WOULD BE THE SAME. This is why I say, THE HELL WITH HELL!

If we saw God in the BEST LIGHT than we would see ourselves through the same eyes.

The world has been tricked into thinking wrong instead of right. It starts with the parents, and the cycle doesn’t end, until ONE WAKES UP to the REALITY OF WHO THEY ARE IN CHRIST… We torture ourselves daily with negative thoughts, worry, fear, and dread… THIS IS HELL PEOPLE!

When I was a child, I thought as a child, worried about the Monsters in my closet and under my bed, but when I grew up I put away childish things and said, THE HELL WITH HELL!

Many in the past have brought up the following scripture as a way of proving, “hell” was a place of infinite torture, a place where God would send his children… Even though God thinks literally burning your children is an abomination.

2 Chronicles 28:3
Moreover he burnt incense in the valley of the son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire, after the abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel

Many use ths scripture from revelation, the sad fact is they never took the time to see how wonderful it really is.

Revelation 14:11
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name

The word TORMENT doesn’t mean Torture, it means “To test the purity of precious metals by use of touchstone”… sound familiar? And the words for “ever and ever”, obviously doesn’t means for infinity and infinity… the word “for ever” literally translates into an “age, ages, period of time”. So in fact this scripture means God tests us all for a period of time, and while we are tested we have no rest, because we are still ignorant believing “we” are in control. The longer we worship our EGO (THE BEAST) the longer we will suffer in “hell/Ignorance”. The good news is, in the end everything that hurts us is destroyed.

We will be delivered from hell. We have been given the keys to the gates of Hell, which means, we have the understanding to let ourselves OUT OF OUR IGNORANT SUFFERING and we also have the ability to not use GOD’S WISDOM and let ourselves back in. But eventually, even our Ignorant Suffering, even this place of death (ignorance) known as “hell” will be no more.

I hope this article has cleared some things up for you. Life is hard enough in the Hell that is in the here and now, we don’t need to be scared of some future torture to make that hell (our ignorance) bigger than it was before. When you come to the truth you let it all go. There is no past anymore, there is no future to worry about, there is only the moment. The question is where are you choosing to live that moment in?

1) God teaches us there should never be an end to our forgiveness. The question is, will there be an end to God’s forgiveness? Does God says do as I say, not as I do, OR does God’s mercy endure forever?

2) Gods finishes his creation in VICTORY. Is sending a majority of his ignorant creation to endless torture, Victory? God saw all that he created and he said, IT IS GOOD?…How can that be, if a majority is lost? (It is God’s will that none perish.) How is that Victory?

3) How can any be lost, if EVERY tongue confesses Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God? And the only way to glorify God is to be completely obedient to Him.

4) If “NAME” is translated as “NATURE” from the greek, is it possible that EVERY NATURE that is not written in the book of Life, like greed, lust, hate, envy… is what is actually destroyed? And if the Lake of Fire is eternal Torture, why do ALL OF US have our part in it?

5) If the things of the Kingdom are a Mystery, and many things are meant to be taken allegorically… is it possible the same is true for HELL?

6) Can anything separate from the LOVE OF CHRIST? Bible says no.

7) If Hell is eternal Torture, then how did David make his bed there? How did Jonah pray from there and be released?

8) If God doesn’t change and is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, then how come ETERNAL TORTURE, which was created by the Holy Catholic Church and there is no record of it before that? … Why don’t the JEWS believe in Eternal Torture… Paul worshipped the God of his Father’s, and if the Jews do not believe in Eternal Torment, than Paul couldn’t believe if he worshipped the same God.

9) God says we cannot choose HIM, but he Chooses us. God hardens and loves whom he hardens and loves… How then are we responsible? Name one character in the Bible who didn’t do God’s will… including Pharoah and Satan.

10) If Hell is ETERNAL TORTURE, why is HELL thrown into the lake of Fire?

11) 1 Timothy 4:10: If God is the SAVIOR OF ALL MEN, and the GREEK WORD FOR ALL… means “ALL:)” How can any be tortured for eternity?

12) If someone is ignorant, what is better for a Loving God to do… PUNISH ENDLESSLY WORSE THAN ANY EVIL PERSON CAN DREAM UP… Or would a Loving God TEACH HIS IGNORANT CREATION to know better?

13) If we wouldn’t cast away our children and torture them endlessly for doing the wrong thing and not knowing better, and we be “evil” know this, why would a PERFECT GOD OF LOVE do different?

14) How come Hell is sometimes translated as Death and The Grave if it is endless torture.

15) How come the word TORMENT from the Greek is translated as “THE TESTING OF PRECIOUS METALS BY USE OF TOUCHSTONE” and not Torture? (Is it more likely we are TESTED until we are PURE? Or Tortured endlessly)

16) If God is a Just God, how is ENDLESS TORTURE a just punishment for IGNORANCE?

17) If God doesn’t give us the spirit of FEAR, and Jesus taught that we shouldn’t use fear as a motivator, why is there a DOCTRINE OF ENDLESS TORTURE?

18) If it is IMPOSSIBLE for MAN to know the things of God, is it possible then that the way HELL is UNDERSTOOD and TAUGHT by some today, is completely wrong?

19) If God ONLY DOES WHAT HE WILLS, and it is GODS WILL that ALL BE SAVED? And ALL OF CREATION comes to perfection and the knowledge of the perfect man Christ, HOW then are any Lost? And if they are Lost, will he not leave the 99 found sheep to go after the one who is astray?

20) IS GOD’S ARM SLACK THAT IT CANNOT SAVE? Is it possible, the doctrine of Eternal Torture is in fact error… considering even the word FOR EVER, is translated as “age, ages, period of time” — from the Greek Aionos. Could many be wrong?

“Marriage In Cana”

I’m really surprised I haven’t written about this yet. Jesus turning water into wine, known as one of his first miracles, is such a wonderful allegory for us all to learn from. As you know by now, nothing is ever as it seems in scripture. Nothing is ever so cut and dry that upon one simple read of a passage, or a story, you can receive the full depth of what it is written. The reason is simple, scripture is NOT meant to be taken literally. As Paul states, “The Letter (literal interpretation) kills (makes you ignorant)”, he goes on to say, “The Spirit gives Life (Wisdom)”. You could say it is the “spirit of the story” that gives us life (wisdom).

Ecclesiastes 7:12
… wisdom gives LIFE to them that have it

So too, in the story of the Marriage in Cana, there is a deeper meaning to what we read.

The first obvious mystery that we are allowed to decode is what the word “MARRIAGE” means, symbolically. When you marry someone, you are vowing that you will be faithful, you are stating that you will stay together and never break apart, your decisions will now become based on what is best for both Husband and Wife, you most likely will try to have children. There is much indeed a “Marriage” symbolically means. But what does scripture say “specifically” about Marriage?

One parable in scripture stands out, and that is “Marriage” being used to describe a King’s “arranged” marriage for his child.

Matthew 22
2The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
3And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.

Notice, the Kingdom of Heaven is not described as a marriage of choice, but a Marriage that the King decides. Now that is of great importance. Because the “King” in this story represents God. But that isn’t the most important thing we are to take away from this parable. It is the fact that those who were invited to this “Wedding” refused to come and be apart of it. So the King tells his servants to go out and tell the people again, everything that he has set up for them. A feast! But still they didn’t take this invitation seriously. So when the servant came back, the King said, go then out into the streets and invite any and all of those you can find.

Matthew 22
10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests

Notice both bad and good were invited? You see no one is left out. But those who come without wedding garments are bound and cast out… A great symbol of the religious leaders that were trying to discredit Jesus at the time, and those who try to discredit those who bring the truth today.

Now we have to remember what the author of this parable means, when referring to the “Kingdom of Heaven”. It is not some wonderful pearly city in the sky. In fact it couldn’t be at all, according to scripture. The Kingdom of heaven is WITHIN! And what is this “Kingdom” after all?

Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost

As you can see it is not a place of eternal partying as many religious leaders have taught. It is peace, joy, righteousness, and all of it is found within!

In fact the word “kingdom” doesn’t literally mean Kingdom the way we think of a Kingdom. The word, would better be translated as “Reign or Rule”… Meaning the RULE of God (Love) is within us, and it is Righteousness, Peace, and Joy in the Holy Ghost.

And no one can enter the RULE of GOD without doing the will of God.

Matthew 7:21
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Which makes complete sense if you think of it. You can’t be ruled by God, until you are Ruled by God(LOVE).

And what is the Father’s will, according to the Marriage Parable? … For us all To be apart of that pre-arranged union of Husband and Wife.

So who is this Husband and Wife that become “one Flesh, one mind, and one accord”?

2 Corinthians 11:2
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ

The Husband is CHRIST. Which makes you and me, the WIFE. The Husband is the Power and Wisdom of God, and the Wife is “our sense of being”. At the marriage, which is pre-ordained, the two become ONE!

This is what the Marriage in Cana is all about. It is about this wonderful union, it is about the resurrection of our true identity which we can only find in Christ. It is at this Marriage, that we are no longer known by our “maiden” names, we become known by the name of our “Husband/Christ”.

John 2
1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there

Right off the bat, the words “third day” should stand out to you.

Hosea 6:2
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

What wonderful symbolism we find here. The author makes a point of drawing our attention to the fact that this “marriage” took place on the Third Day. And the reason is simple, this isn’t about a literal marriage people, it is the Marriage Supper, the great feast that God has prepared for us all. And in that day we all are changed!

Now the fact that the “Mother” of Jesus was there is very important. Because if Jesus is an allegory for what is birthed within us all, if Jesus be an allegory for all of us in a higher understanding, than the Mother would have to be “who gave birth to this new creation”… Which means, if Jesus is the new creation birthed within us, “Christ In You the hope of Glory”, then the Mother of Jesus would have to be US as well. And in fact, the Mother of Jesus is an allegory for you and I. For we are the ones who give birth to the Truth of God.

Matthew 12:50
For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and MOTHER

Notice once again, to be the MOTHER of Jesus, you must first DO THE WILL OF GOD.

So we should now see that this marriage has more to do with you and I than it does some people two thousand years ago in Cana.

Now this next part of scripture has remained quite a mystery to many people. Where Jesus’s Mother goes to Jesus and says…

John 2
3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

But if we think about who is telling Jesus this, we understand it is US. We are the ones that give birth to Jesus (The Word revealed in Us). The question is why is the Mother (us) so concerned with WINE… Well once again, we must find out what WINE represents.

Wine is a “spirit”. It is said in scripture it makes the Heart Merry, it fills a person with joy. In scripture Wine can appear to be a good thing and a bad thing. It is used to describe a new way of thinking…

Matthew 9:17
Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved

When you drink WINE, it can lift your spirits or it can depress you. It depends on the type of wine you are drinking, and the frame of mind you are in. But either way, WINE changes the way you PERCIEVE things. At a WEDDING those drink wine to CELEBRATE the union taking place. So I believe this WINE represents a greater understanding, a better “Spirit” if you will.

The MOTHER notices they were out of WINE. And the WINE they had we find out was far worse than the wine that Jesus created for them. Like the Mother of Jesus we too see a lack of WINE (new Understanding) in the land. Yet, our desire for people to have this new understanding is not good enough.

4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

It isn’t until the “Servants” do exactly what they are instructed to do (the will of the Father) will there be NEW WINE (new understanding).

5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

Now this is where the story really comes to life. Few people talk about thee symbolism of what happens next.

And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

These water pots were used in RITUAL WASHING. And there were SIX of them. And they were empty. A firkin by the way is not an exact measurement, but let’s just say these were big water pots.

Now why is this symbolic? Well, what does Jesus tell them to do?


7Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

For there to be WINE (NEW UNDERSTANDING) – first the VESSELS must be filled with WATER. And Water is symbolic of the WORD of GOD.

Ephesians 5:26
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word

It is WATER that we are meant to be baptized in. We are meant to be submerged in the WORD of God.

Before anyone can have a NEW UNDERSTANDING, first they must be filled with the TRUTH, so then they can understand what they are filled with. And then it can be shared with others.

the Six Water Pots, are a symbol of MANKIND. First we are empty, we have no understanding of the TRUTH. Then it is poured into us, by the “servants” and when we are filled to the Brim, it is then that the WATER (truth) is changed into WINE (Spirit/New Understanding)… We begin to see things differently, and we realize that what we once considered the TRUTH was inferior to this New Wine.

10And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

Our First Wine is like our first nature, it is weak. But the LAST SHALL BE FIRST! The last WINE we receive is better than what we once drank.

The story of the Marriage of Cana, is truly our story. Whether we are those at the feast finally receiving the New Wine, the servants pouring the Wine, the Mother telling the servants what to do, or Jesus leading the servants, it is all out story.

This marriage is predetermined, this is why we cannot fail. The Two (Christ and You) will become one, and then there will only be one, CHRIST revealed in you, as you. You will have the mind of Christ, the name of Christ, and you will know you have always been the Body of Christ.

And when this wedding takes place, there will be plenty of New Wine to go around for every one of your guests. And thank God for that!

Heir Of All Things

Many, many years ago I made a startling discovery while sitting in a Church pew. At that point in my life I would simply go to Church because of the routine of it. I had already, even a decade ago, learned on my own, that religion was never going to fill my spiritual needs and growing desire.

I began my journey outside of religion, and of course like many people went to “church” thinking I would find the answers there. It wasn’t long before I found that would not be the case.

So, I would go and bring my bible with me to simply sit there and study. I would tune out the preacher, all the singing, everything and I would narrow my focus unto the scriptures and during that time I learned a lot.

It would be at one of these “study sessions” that I would probably make one of the most important finds. Back then it was revolutionary concept, one that today people are just beginning to truly hear.

This morning early as I was studying the scriptures I came across these very passages that opened my eyes to this, greater and more wonderful truth. And it reminded me how very possible all things are for us, with faith.

It begins in Galatians Chapter three and finishes in Galatians four.

So I am simply going to post these verses and then underneath each verse I am going to explain what I believe it to mean. I guarantee this simple, short (I promise), this simple, short study will pack quiet a punch and will wet your appetite for more.

LET’S BEGIN!

Galatians 3
16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

This above passage explains a great deal. First, that “Father Abraham” was given a promise. And that promise was that through his faith, ALL THE NATIONS should be blessed and receive the same promise. And by ALL Nations, it means ALL. In fact, the name ABRAHAM literally means, “Father of a Multitude, or Many”.

Now I want to draw your attention to who the promises were made. It was to Abraham and HIS SEED (what comes out of Abraham).

You would think that SEED as Isaac, but as we continue to read this simple verse, we find the SEED is a very specific SEED.

It isn’t MANY SEEDS, it is ONE SEED. Meaning there is NO OTHER SEED, only this specific SINGLE SEED.

Then the passage goes unto to explain what this SINGLE SEED is. It is indeed, CHRIST! That’s right, Abraham’s SEED IS CHRIST.

Galatians 3
16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, WHICH IS CHRIST.

Now I need you to hang unto that. Remember that, Abraham’s seed is ONE SEED, and that ONE SEED is CHRIST. (Which we know is the Power and Wisdom of God REVEALED IN US. “Christ IN us, the hope of Glory”.)

So far you wouldn’t think this is a startling discovery, but what I am about to show you is. Just a bit further in this chapter we read.

27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Once you are IMMERSED(which is what baptized means) into Christ (The Power and Wisdom of God) you have put on CHRIST (the Power and Wisdom of God).

Now the words “Put On Christ” may sound a lot like putting on a Tee-Shirt, but it literally translates to “Enter”. In other words, if someone showers you with the truth of God, or if you yourself are being immersed with the truth of God, then you ENTER INTO THE POWER AND WISDOM OF GOD yourself.

Now once you enter into this TRUTH, you begin to see everyone as yourself, and yourself as everyone. There is no one that is separate, we are all one.

You begin to understand we are all ONE in the very same POWER AND WISDOM, which is CHRIST, which is OUR LIFE, which is ABRAHAM’S SEED!

28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

As I stated, we are all ONE, there is no difference in Christ Jesus (the Power and Wisdom of God’s Salvation).

By the way, for those that don’t know, Jesus in Greek literally translates to “Jehovah (God) is Salvation.”

But it is the next verse that is going to get your attention. READ IT CAREFULLY! And remember what I asked you to remember… about how many SEEDS Abraham had (One) and who that SEED is (Christ).

29And if you be Christ’s, THEN YOU ARE ABRAHAM’S SEED (Christ), and heirs according to the promise.

Isn’t that something? That verse literally states WHO YOU ARE… You are ABRAHAM’S SEED, and we know that ABRAHAM’S SEED IS CHRIST.

That verse could be read.

“And if you be Christ’s, then you are CHRIST, and heirs according to the promise”

I know that is a lot to take in.

It’s one thing to say we are a part of CHRIST. But it is a whole other thing for the Apostle Paul to come right out and say, “You are Christ!”

Well if that is what he meant, then the following verse should back that up… RIGHT? And boy does it!

Galatians 4
1Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;

Look at what Paul calls you and I, and everyone on this planet, he calls us HEIRS! And we are, but let me break down what he is really saying.

The HEIR (you and I), even though one verse earlier we find out that the HEIR/SEED is CHRIST, and is US, the heir differs nothing from a slave. Meaning, the heir doesn’t seem to be very Royal…

Paul needs to further explain why people still don’t grasp this. He says, that the HEIR as long as he is a CHILD (which means immature in the faith) is no different from a servant/slave…

Now doesn’t that sound like many of us at the moment? How many are living like “Kings” reading this? Few, I would gather. No, most of us are suffering through the cares of this world, most are hurting, most are in the chains of debt, health problems, fear, worry, and doubt… we are more like miserable down trodden slaves, than HEIRS AND LORD OF EVERYTHING, aren’t we?

Well Paul, understood this, that is why he said that so long as we are immature in our faith, we will APPEAR like slaves. But appearances can be deceiving. Because WE ARE HEIRS! But not just heirs, we are LORD OF EVERYTHING! WE ARE CHRIST! ALL THINGS MADE BY US, THROUGH US, FOR US!

Galatians 4
1Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be LORD OF ALL;

How can this be? If we are LORD OF EVERYTHING how have we missed it?

The reason is simple, we are CHILDREN. We have not yet truly matured into the Truth. We are only just beginning to find our way back to who we are.

And how do we find our way back? Well people and events have been purposed for our lives to bring us to the UNDERSTANDING that we are indeed LORD OF ALL!

2But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father

There is a time that has been appointed for us all. There is going to come a time when we will rule and reign with Christ… Which means WE WILL RULE AND REIGN OUR LIVES WITH THE POWER AND WISDOM OF GOD!

We will come to the UNITY OF THE FAITH and reach the full stature of the perfect man, Christ.

Ephesians 4:13
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ

So hang in there, have great hope for who you are, who you will find yourself to be, and all that will be accomplished in you.

These are the greater things we shall do people. We are ignorant for but a moment, we feel like slaves for but a moment, we are like children for but a moment.

But every child one day becomes a man or woman, they put off childish ignorance and they claim their birth right. Heir of All Things!

In that day, nothing will stand against us again. Never forget who you are, for you are ABRAHAMS SEED which is CHRIST, and YOU are LORD OF EVERYTHING!

“HALLOWEEN GOD MADE CLEAN”

That is an interesting title, isn’t it? Well this is an interesting article. You know around September or October all those religious leaders, or those who want to be, come out of the woodwork and write articles, and prepare sermons about how evil Halloween is. You will also find these ignorant judges on Religious TV programs trying to convince all watching how evil it is to trick or treat.

As if dressing your daughter as a princess and walking her around to meet neighbors with a smile, and teaching your children about charity and gratitude somehow will land you in hell. Which, doesn’t exist the way you think by the way (see my article “hell revealed).

Religion has for many years used fear and shame as a means to control others. And there is no bigger bunch of nonsense, no greater ignorance, then the beliefs that are birthed out of fear and shame. Considering God doesn’t give us the spirit (Thoughts) of fear to begin with.

Matthew 23:15
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell(ignorant suffering) than yourselves

The Religious system is built on three things besides obvious ignorance and pride. I call them the three “C’s”, and that is egotistical Control, Coercion, and Conversion.

This essay, I hope will open your eyes to more than just giving you the liberty to celebrate Halloween and finding that by doing so, you in fact are celebrating God. I hope this paper opens your eyes to the snake of the Ego, and all its devilish lies, poisonous words, sick beliefs, and suffering that goes along with such.

MARK 16:
17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

How many today take these words and believe them to be literally true?

Unfortunately, the answer is far too many. Some go so far to “prove their faith” that they hold poisonous snakes and actually drink small amounts of arsenic. Now as crazy and foolish as this sounds think about what hundreds, if not thousands are doing in the name of “their god” right now. Stoning thieves, killing unfaithful wives, going off to war, blowing themselves us, refusing a blood transfusion, refusing medicine, the list goes on and on.

The Ego of Man is a villain, and that ego gets off on power and the control of others. So when you read about some poor old man dying from being bit by rattler at some service, you shouldn’t think about how lost and brainwashed they are, but think about how lost and brainwashed we all are, or have been. Think about all the things we don’t do, or condemn ourselves for doing or not doing, because we have simply been brainwashed by the Egotistical Religious System. And in doing so, we have sinned (missed the mark).

We have bottled up our joy, and passions, we have limited ourselves, we have been taught to look down on others and not accept others, we have been sold terrible, terrible lies. Like this one, “You can’t celebrate Halloween”!

When I hear this, or read this, I want to scream… WAKE UP PEOPLE HALLOWEEN IS FUN, A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO BOND WITH YOUR CHILDREN, MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS, AND SHARE YOUR LIGHT!

If you believe you shouldn’t go out and trick or treat this Halloween, if your Church has put limitations on this and said you better not or else. I say it’s time for you to get yourself a costume and find yourself a different place to be spiritually fed.

You see, this is all vanity, all meaningless, all egotistical control that religious leaders get off on. They love telling people you can’t go door to door and have fun dressed as your favorite superhero. They love convincing their ignorant flock to instead come to their “Holy Ghost Night”. If you do it at their Church, it’s okay to wear costumes, and have candy, but it’s at your church… so that’s okay.

What a load of garbage the Religious system has sold us.

Matthew 23:15
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, HYPOCRITES!

Yes the Religious Egotistical Leader will strain at a nat. They will make the smallest things error in your lives, and then they will go on to swallow the camel of evils they live in their daily lives. The greatest of which is GREED! Hypocrites indeed, and we too can be guilty of such.

It is the reason, Paul had to rebuke Peter. Peter after understanding that he wasn’t committing some great crime for eating pork, pretended he was against it when his fellow Jews entered the room.

Galatians 2:
11 When Cephas/Peter came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. 12 For before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belonged to the circumcision group. 13 The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray.

It is a great and terrible thing to know you have freedom to do certain things, and then feel that you have to hide your liberty from those who need to see and hear it the most. Now of course we don’t use this Liberty to cause others to stumble, like we don’t give a drink to an alcoholic and say, “God is okay with alcohol”, you get my point. But Peter wasn’t worried about causing his brothers to stumble, he was worried what they would think. And by doing this, he gave them the ability to look down on others who do eat pork, causing them to stumble. This is a great example of how we can use our Liberty to cause others to stumble, and that is by HIDING IT FROM THEM!

Now most people are no strangers to doing things and then telling others they shouldn’t, as Peter did. There are people, who in private, do all sorts of things and then condemn others strongly for the very thing they do. But Paul knew, as I know, that ALL THINGS are LAWFUL in LOVE.

1 Corinthians 6:12
All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any

A lot of people leave out the last part where Paul writes that he will NOT BE BROUGHT UNDER THE CONTROL OR POWER OF ANYTHING.

Meaning he may drink wine, but he won’t become an alcoholic, he may have a cigarette but he won’t be a smoker, he may have an ice cream sundae but he won’t let junk food rule him, he can celebrate Halloween but he won’t dress up everyday because that would just be weird.

Now does what Paul state here mean, ALL things are lawful? ALL THINGS? Meaning we can go out and rape and murder and steal and loot? GOD FORBID! Just a couple of verses earlier he states how people who do not love others, and put others feelings and needs above their own, can’t enter the kingdom (righteousness, peace, joy, and power in the Holy Spirit)

This scripture Paul has written does not give us license to go off and do what we want, when we want.

However, it does show us that there are many things that we have been conditioned to believe are so wrong, but truly as long as they don’t hurt another human being or ourselves they are perfectly approved by God. Like eating Pork for example, there are millions upon millions who don’t, and perhaps it is healthier, but the point is, you are not pleasing God by not eating meat, or by eating meat, you please God by loving others as yourself, and by having faith in God, that’s all. Because without Faith and Love it is impossible to please God, which means you, yourself, cannot know joy.

Romans 14:5,6
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks

This above scripture sums all this, “Don’t celebrate Halloween”, stuff up nicely.

Now you will often hear that Halloween has its roots in evil demonic pagan history… Nonsence! The history of Halloween is far less spooky. It didn’t take on that nonsense stigmatism until the twentieth century. In fact there was a time that Halloween was adopted as a Christian Holiday to honor the dead. And the reason people wear masks has more to do with politics than it does monsters and ghouls… “Remember, remember the 5th of November.”

The man we can thank for people dressing up today is Guy Fawkes, you have seen his mask displayed all over the streets, it has become the mask of choice for “Occupy WallStreet”. Well on November the 5, in the early 1600’s they would celebrate his capture, and soon for political reasons and to have their identity protected, people would wear masks on this night of celebration and mocking the terrorist known as Guy Fawkes.

But as I mentioned earlier, it would be here in the states that Halloween got its spooky feel. Artists would begin to use spiders, witches, and ghosts to represent the holiday.

Halloween was NEVER a night to celebrate demons or devils (which by the way don’t literally exist, they are merely lies and false beliefs, but I will get into that a bit later). The History of Halloween is very interesting, and it has gone through many changes over the years, but people, it’s just a day, like any other. When I first wrote this article, I didn’t include Halloween’s history. But I received so many incorrect emails that I felt I should actually set the record straight.

There are some people who think some days and traditions and things are acceptable to God, and many believe Halloween isn’t. They use its historical roots, or should I say what they BELIEVE is Halloween’s historical roots to condemn the night. But the truth is Christmas and Easter were much more prevalent pagan holiday and the rituals we still practice today. But no Christians have a problem with that… The reason is, it’s their biggest money days. They have claimed these holidays as their own and they say they are good in God’s eyes, while saying Halloween is bad… the irony is God could care less.

It’s all vanity, in the grand scheme of things none of it matters. Whether you celebrate, or don’t. The sin is not in the celebration, it is the belief that you can’t when you can and probably should, because Halloween is fun! Truly whether we eat or don’t, esteem one day as better than another or not, none of it really matters, what matters is that we all live or die to God. Whatever we do, we do it unto God, whether we yolk ourselves with the chains of lies, or live free seeing life as the gift of God, we do it unto God.

NO ONE LIVES OR DIES TO THEMSELVES. Our lives are not our own, so to fill them with vain burdens, to keep people from joy, and to fill their hearts with shame, which many religious leaders are doing today by telling you all how evil Halloween is… well truly theirs is the greater sin.

To believe that something God has given us, that is approved of God is wrong and to call it evil, or uncommon is Sin (missing the point/mark/truth of who we are in Christ).

SIN is the foolish thought, and it is a big old lie to believe things like pork, wine, Halloween, working on Sunday, eating meat on Friday is wrong, or to condemn people with a different orientation, religion, race, etc, is right… You see that is the TRUE SIN, the true evil that is done under the sun.

Look, there are two rules God has given us to live by, LOVE GOD, LOVE OTHERS. And I can narrow that down to one rule, LOVE OTHERS.

Because God is all in all and by loving others, even those you perceive as enemies, is loving God.

You want to know how to fulfill the law of Christ (The Power and Wisdom of God), it is to encourage each other, to love each other, to simply lift each other up when they are burdened.

Galatians 6:2
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

So how do we do this? The way is to show them the truth. If they believe lies… then you must live a life of truth and they will see the Light you have to offer and it will enlighten their path. If you see someone hurting, broke, scared, angry… show them love, kindness, compassion and charity.

The question is what is the true Burden that ultimately leads us to the trap of prejudice, pride, greed, hate, fear, shame… Is it celebrating an innocent holiday that does no harm to others, or is it placing burdens and yolks, fear and shame with the lies of Religion.

This is what it means to be unequally yoked with unbelievers.

Religion will teach it means you should not have fellowship with anyone who is not like-minded. You shouldn’t celebrate this or that, eat this or that, do this or that. THOSE ARE YOLKS PEOPLE!

Now an unbeliever will believe the lie that they have to WORK and DEPRIVE themselves, and their families, of simple fun to somehow please God. The Unbeliever has been tricked into believing that they have to follow what their religious leaders say, and do what they tell them to do, and must hate anyone who is not like them. Which is always what happens.

This is a heavy Yolk that has been laid on so many. And I am writing this paper, to hopefully lighten that load for you all this year. Because this is the sacrifice God wants. He doesn’t want you to burn your incense, go to your churches, help with parking, childcare, or ushering people to their seats. God doesn’t want your money, or need you to convince people to go to your particular church. God doesn’t want you to get baptised, confirmed, speak jibberish tongues, fast, fall out, NONE OF IT! In Fact God doesn’t need you to save anyone. God wants you only to share the Good News, and when you share the good news, which is truth, hope and love, it break these yolks off the necks of those burdened by them.

Isaiah 58
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

So you can see how it saddens me every year when I read ridiculous articles about how celebrating Halloween is somehow worshipping the Devil, when the exact opposite is true.

How so Jacob? You ask.

Well believing the Lies of the Egotistical Carnal Man (devil) is worshipping that Egotistical Carnal Man (devil).

The Devil is a Liar, Man is a liar, do I need to spell it out for you?

So when Man lies, and you believe you can’t do this, or do that, because the liar of a man told you so, then in fact by not excersing the liberty of celebrating Halloween if you want to, is in fact, a form of devil worship. Because you have taken something that is meaningless and vain, and labeled it and those who celebrate it as evil. You have judged in error and your penalty, is no milk chocolate for you.

You see when you follow the lies of man, when they say, YOU CAN’T DO THIS OR GOD WILL BE MAD, than you have left seeking the truth for yourself and began to worship the lies of Man instead. (Devil worship indeed). And in so doing you reject the Liberty that is in Christ.

And we all have fallen victim to that. Peter learned a great lesson, when that sheet unrolled to him without every beast and creeping things, and God said “Peter rise, kill and eat”… and what did Peter do? He did what many of us do. God could have said to Peter, “Peter, rise up, get a costume, and make your neighbors smile” and peter would have said. “No, Not So Lord, I have never celebrated that evil demonic holiday.” And for that God would have to set him straight. As I hope this essay sets you straight.

Acts 10
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

God tells Peter to rise, kill, and eat, and Peter says NOT SO LORD!!!!

This is an allegory for us all. What Peter was to rise from was his unbelief. What Peter was to Kill was the Lies he believed. What he was to eat was the truth of God from now on, and seeing that everything God has made is clean.

But Peter was so brainwashed, he would never celebrate Halloween, he was told it was evil, but God said rise, kill that false belief, and get some candy!

Now for those that say that Halloween is a “Demonic” holiday. I would like to show you what a demon is. Put aside Hollywood for a moment with all that pea soup, and spinning head nonsense. To be possessed by a demon is to be possessed by a LIE!

I think even those most religious believer will say the Devil (which by now, I hope we know is our carnal Ego) is THE FATHER OF ALL LIES. And demons are his messengers. Well what is the message of the Father of all lies?

THAT’S RIGHT YOU WIN THAT BOWEL OF CANDY, THEY WOULD BE LIES!

Deuteronomy 32:17
They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not

A devil is a false belief, not the Truth of God, a new god(belief) that mankind made up! A god the fathers of our faith did not fear.

A devil is something people sacrifices unto to. AND WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING BY GIVING UP THE FUN OF HALLOWEEN? You are sacrificing unto devils(false beliefs).

THESE ARE BELIEFS I now, know not as well.

Not the brightest thing to do. But we are not living in the brightest of times, there is more darkness in the land today than many are aware of. And those in that darkness (ignorance) hate the light (enlightenment of truth).

There is more to scripture than meets the literal eye. You see all scripture is given by inspiration, and it is not of private interpretation… In other words, God must reveal what it means. Jesus spoke in parable for good reason. So those without the “keys to the kingdom” would hear but not understand. The book was SEALED up and only the SLAIN LAMB (Those that have their EGO’S AND FALSE BELIEFS killed) can open the BOOKS for us…

Luke 10:3
Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves

Yes, that’s right… We are as ignorant sheep in this world, and the wolf of Religious lies and traditions is there waiting to tear into us and kill the very joy of life out of us.

DON’T LET IT HAPPEN! GET WISDOM!

Proverbs 4:7
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

WISDOM is the TREE OF LIFE! That we are meant to eat from!

Proverbs 3:18
She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

As is a wholesome tongue (Those who speak out of wisdom). As is the FRUIT of the RIGHTEOUSNESS, since the fruit is birthed of the WISDOM OF GOD, which is CHRIST. Now by stating this, I want you to understand that when you know the TRUTH it sets you free, but when you have the wrong understanding it is the death (ignorance) of you. Being ignorant of what scripture means is the reason wars have been fought in the name of God, people have been tortured in the name of God, crosses have been burned in the name of God, and people are condemned on a regular basis in the name of God…. And that also goes for those that believe we can handle deadly snakes and drink literal poison and speak foreign languages, etc!

The Snakes are religious beliefs, and we can handle them without being hurt when we believe. The POISON are the lies that many speak to us about what we can and cannot do, and we can listen and drink it all up and as easily rid ourselves of it. The new language we will speak, is liberty and truth and hope. And with this truth we can heal those that are sick and lame because of the lies people have believed about God and so many other things. The least of which is celebrating Halloween, so if you want, you have liberty to go out and have some fun this October 31. It is not an evil under the sun, the belief that it is, IS THE EVIL and it is all VANITY!

INTO MY WILDERNESS

This essay is one that I hope brings you a ton of love. I call it, welcome to the wilderness of my life and I basically want to highlight some things that happened in my life, and show you, how every step of our journey is bringing us exactly where we need to be.

This essay comes out of a life of suffering, the depth of the suffering does not matter, my life is pretty much an open book. I, like every one of you have been through hard times. This is something that no one is exempt from. It doesn’t matter if it was being severely sick with Crohns disease, multiple hospital visits, hemorrhages, excruciating pain, surgeries, and constant problems when it comes to number two if you know what I’m saying. 🙂 I was diagnosed at 15 years old, a time when most kids find their clicks, try to find themselves, and find their friends, those that would have you. For me things were different, I wasn’t a loser, but I wasn’t cool either. Sure I got beat up, pretty badly, a couple of times. Sadder still was I got that beating at the very first Highschool party I was invited to. I was so excited to be there. My new friend, moved from Hawaii, she was a great girl. She was a great friend to me, I didn’t have a crush on her or anything, I just liked the friendship. Well it wasn’t long before my friend became pretty popular. That didn’t stop her from being nice to me and a friend to me, but the more popular she got the less and less I would see her. So when I was invited to her highschool party, man I felt special. I was finally hanging out, with the cool kids. And I was given a wonderful lesson there.

One of my other great friends, a skateboarder whose family owned a Chinese restaurant, he was always either over my house, or I was over his. Him and another friend, befriended me in middle school. I was interested in skateboarding back then, and Steve and Woodie lived, ate, slept, and breathed skateboarding. So we went by the dump. I grew up about just up the street from the dump. We would cut through the woods there to get to school. In my book, the character Thomas has similar circumstances, you’ll find his story closely matches mine. Because of course, I wrote about my life, in an allegorical world. Because that is what our lives are. Allegories for us all to learn from.

So that first day, behind the dump, on make shift wooden ramps I skated with them. And man, compared to them I was terrible. But they embraced me, and became my closest of friends, all the way up till college, where everyone finds a different way. They were always there for me during that hard time. Not that they really knew the extent of my disease, but they were my friends. We went in the city, into Harlem and skating the infamous Harlem Banks together, there would be many visits to a mosh punk club called the Anthrax. I was the only guy who’d go there wearing a golf shirt. I was in the world, I wasn’t of it, if you know what I mean. I was accepted there and that was really all I needed.

So I hid my disease, I would get skinny, I would miss school, I would break out because of the drugs… they had a nickname for me, half a pizza. And things didn’t get any better really in highschool. But I had my friends, and since sports really wasn’t part of the picture because of being sick. I tried out for a musical, Guys and Dolls, and I got a part. That’s where I would meet another life changing force in my life. My friend Sean. He played opposite me in Guys and Dolls, we had a song together and everything. And Sean was so good, and so were his friends. You see, they were already an established unit. I really didn’t fit in their group, or the skate group, because truly I really always never felt very accepted and loved. But I was still given these wonderful gifts, the hunger to learn how to be the best actor in the world.

Now, all of this is very important. Because, had I been a healthy popular kid, with no real drama, or troubles at all, my life today would be very, very different. I wouldn’t have been raised up into the man who I am today. You see, even our hardest times shape us, like a grit of sand in an oyster, until that oyster finally gives up trying to cover up that pain, and surrenders to its fate. Which was to lay down its life and produce a magnificent pearl.

So, there I was, in highschool. Not really fitting in anywhere, but still having friends to call my own, even if I wasn’t their most preferred, they were there for me to help me, to direct me, to help me to find my purpose.

You can understand when my Hawaiian friend had her party, how excited I would be, hanging out with all the cool kids. Well that is where I got the worst beating of my teenage life. My friend Steve had gotten into an argument with a real tough, older football player. I could see that a fight was about to break loose, and it did. I made the mistake of grabbing the big dude off my friend to try to stop it. He took it, most likely as aggression, and beat me silly. In front of everyone. In the middle of the garage, where it would be my friend from Hawaii that would pull him off me and save the day. Humiliating huh? Well, it was a lesson. It was a defining and wonderful moment in my life. If not for that moment, I wouldn’t have taken an interest in body building, boxing, tae kwon do, and today I am not the 150 pound scared kid trying foolishly to fit in. I am a 240 pound brick house, that would never need raise me hand toward another, because another wouldn’t be so foolish. I learned to live a life of peace because of that moment. I was looking for acceptance in the wrong place, and for that I would be knocked down a couple of clicks. And for that, I am grateful.

My illness, my feelings of inadequacy, my loneliness, lit another fire within me. “Why was my life so hard?” That was the question I asked. “So I went inward and began to look”.

At 15 years old, I would get a job on a chance. I had never worked at a deli before, but I needed a job, wasn’t like the rich kids in the rich neighborhood I grew up with. In fact, it was thanks to that, and my Mother of course that I received my work ethic. Wanted to please others. That last one would take me years to get rid of. But I got this job. They started me right away. I learned the basics of sandwich craft, as well as the grill, but it would be the last part that would once again set me on the path I was destined for. I had questioned, was there a God? I couldn’t believe what I heard at Catholic church, it seemed so dead to me. Oh yeah, I went to Catholic Church. St. Rocks, it was right down the street from my house. My first and bestest friend 🙂 the G-man was an altar boy. I grew up in a very Italian neighborhood, and it was crazy. It had it’s crazy homeless men walking around, there was Crazy Eddie, and Tex. Who has chased me and others down, and my hand to God, came up to my Mother when she was in her car waiting outside the meat store, he began to choke her. CRAZIES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD! Down the street the other kids I was friends with, but never fit in, grew up in the Projects down the street from me. Well some of them got into dealing crack, one of them actually robbed my house. Then told me about it at the boys club, and wanted to work out a deal with my folks, so the police wouldn’t get him. He decided to give everything back and left it down at Lyons Ave park, near the dump. No charges were ever filed. It is so sad to see how some kids, that you grow up with go the wrong way. And not really know why they went that way. But one thing I learned, even back then was compassion, even though he had done wrong, I felt so bad for him. Because he must have been in so much pain, to have to live the life he was living. In any event, I would remain friends with him, just he wasn’t allowed over the house anymore, if you know what I mean.

But back to my Catholic Church days. So, I used to go to this Catholic Church, by myself, a lot. But it never worked for me. I used to dream of being one of God’s messengers, being a true light in this world. Ever since I was a kid, I was fascinated with the bible because of the events of my life. I had to know that there was more. That is when I would be placed with the cook, in the kitchen of the Deli. Colin was his name, he was like a second dad to me and he introduced me to deeper things. Not like the things I write about today, in fact, he was very, very confused, religion did him in. But, it was his heart that changed mine. So even from an early age I always wanted to know what it was all for.

I will cut to the chase now and give you the bullet points. My illness would continue for years, I would get married, and my wife would divorce me, I would gain custody of my children while dealing with the most difficult of circumstances. I would lose everything, and gain the world.

Now there is a point to this story. If each of us took the time, to go back and look at our lives. Do we see these hard times as blessings? Or do we see them as a curse?

What I have found is, when I am looking for peace in the wrong place, suffering would follow to correct my path. But I would also find that I, in a way, was a part of my suffering. Now I believe our lives go according to a plan, but few know, truly who is in control of that plan. We can say God, Allah, Braham, we can use all sorts of names and things to define the undefinable, or se can truly seek to find the truth for ourselves, without having to say, I am simply settling on this.

What if I were to tell you, that you could enjoy every minute of your life? What if I were to say, that altruism is the goal for each of us, and if that is our desire we can have it. And if we do not yet have this desire, our lives will eventually bring us there through a dark world of pain, self loathing, hate, envy, greed, and more? What if our suffering, is trying to tell us something? Trying to get our attention and say, can’t you see, you have chosen this path and these are the steps you must take in between?

I have found in my life, that everything that has happened in my life, that I would consider to be painful and sad has actually been exactly what I desired for, exactly what steps I needed to take, to be where I am today. What if we have created our lives? And our enemy, our ego, has tried to take all the credit. Our ego has tried to say, you are not in control, your life should be better but… There is always that but. We say in our hearts, I want to feel better, I want to get in shape, BUT I am too lazy to take the necessary steps to get there. It would be too hard for me to go after and take the very thing I want the most. That is our ego talking. That is not the truth. We can do all things in we have faith. Whatever a man believes in his heart, that he becomes.

I always wanted to be a messenger of love, of God. I always wanted to be an actor, I’ve been that. To be a screenwriter, have a movie produced, work for major television, become an author, start a blog, do videos, and guess what I have done that. I always considered myself to be, very much like Jacob in the bible, we shared the first name, spiritually we share the same last name. So I took that name for myself, now google that name. You will find me, not an ancient Israelite, me. Google images, and you will find me. Why? Because I wanted to be Jacob Israel spiritually. And in the waking world, that is who I am now known to be. Why? Because that is what I felt in my heart, telling me, this is the name you should take, take it. And I did. But if it wasn’t for the steps, the painful steps, none of it would be true. My desire for my life would be incomplete.

If my wife hadn’t left me, I wouldn’t have been alone through those hard times to write The Calling. If I hadn’t lived with another friend named Tommy, I would have never name my lead character, Thomas James. If my book was picked up by a huge publisher, I would have never started my blog. If my book became the best seller that I know it will be, then I wouldn’t be sharing this with you right now, would I. I would be focused on writing another book. But that is not the current desire of my heart. If I am honest with myself. I think more of us need to be. I would say, my every hope and dream up until this point has been achieved. Am I rich? Not financially, but I live like a King. Am I overworked, absolutely but I am providing for my amazing family. Do I struggle to get by, absolutely, do I worry about tomorrow and what it may bring, sure. But if not for all of that, I wouldn’t be writing you today.

We are where we are supposed to be. We have everything in our lives that we have desired. Whether you are in a limousine, or suffering with a terrible disease in a motor home, you are living the dream. Your dream, look at the person you are? Forget about the hurtful steps along the way, look at who you are, you are wonderful, you are strong, you are patient, you are caring, you are loved and have love to give, you are an example to all people. Whether you are the homeless man on the street, teaching others to have charity, or the general going off to a horrific war teaching the world that it is better to have peace. The steps in the wilderness are hard I know. But your next step, is yours to make. You can see all that is wrong in your life, you can look back on all of your pain and say, my life is most miserable, or you can say, my life is MY LIFE AND I AM GOING TO LIVE IT THE WAY I WANT TO LIVE IT! No longer during your toil under the sun, grumbling about what you don’t have, you will enjoy what you do have, and then you will be given more. You and I both, need to love ourselves, and enjoy our lives. The steps in the wilderness have bruised us sure, they have hurt us and left life long impression, absolutely. But it was all for your own good.

My life has been a blessed one, a gift, and each day, and every minute of each day from here on out, Because of the steps, I have the most beautiful and wonderful wife who teaches me more than she knows, I have four amazing children who teach me more than I teach them, and I have a future that I still have much to learn about. But I am going to live and enjoy it. Because all things were made through the son (children of God), for the son, by the son. Everything that is made, we make. So make a better tomorrow, by casting your ego aside, seeing that this wonderful plan that has been your life, has just really gotten started.
